The ladies at reception were very nice and friendly and able to give us information about the area. We had an issue with the television and the staff were very helpful with trying to fix it. Although there wasn't housekeeping each day we could swap our towels out which was a nice bonus. The room was clean and roomy. While the location may not have been ideal as we didn't have our own transport there were options for food close by.

It was a bit far out from Seattle but that was on us as we didn't do enough research however we made it work as we could Uber to a local bus station and then get a bus into Seattle.

Gal at desk personality plus, very helpful and fun. Intuitive tonour age and needs, She made sure we had a ground level room without us even asking! Quiet, comfortable room. Slept well. Newer bed & bedding. Newer pergo flooring, tv & light blocking curtains. Good temp, not too hot. Air conditioner functioned well, pretty quiet.Spacious, R rm has a sofa!

Older place worn & dated. But obviously good maintenance inside the rooms.

Overnight stop off prior to flight - the reception staff were very helpful in meeting our needs - we required 3 beds for 4 adults - although we booked a room with 2 x queens beds and a sofa bed in the lounge - there were no such rooms within this complex - the reception staff did everything they could, but did not have the authority to make the changes themselves so I rebooks 2 rooms and the reception staff managed the rest

don't offer a facility with capacity for 3 beds (Adult size) if there don't exist

Sheets and pillow cases not clean . Found some underwear and socks on one of the rooms, dirty towels behind the bathroom door and on the floor... Door was open when I got there on one of the room.. other then that everything else was really good.. 👍

It was nice a have a little garden nearby. Ice making machine.

The pool doesn’t work. We stayed there for 5 nights and it wasn’t fixed even then. The worst thing is that there is laundry with washer and dryer, but there’s NOT even single opportunity to get laundry detergent at vending machines or front desk. And it seems like people been washing their clothes without any soap for long period of time and then drying it so everything looks soo dirty(((

The fact that when we got there, we had to wait because the front desk person wasn't available and left a note that said be back in 30 min, which we didn't know when she'd actually left, and there was already a couple waiting who had been there a while. Thankfully, the housekeeping supervisor walked in and was able to get us all checked in.

Clean, comfortable, and even though we were checked into the incorrect room, we were very pleased with the room we were given, and the price difference was adjusted upon check out. When we decided we wanted to stay an additional night, the service receptionists made it happen with ease.

On our second visit, the receptionist struggled a bit to check us in, had to search for an extra key and didn't have an extra set of clean towels for a second person. Still overall a great stay.

The room was large and dark, nice and quiet. It's a fairly isolated area, so no trouble to worry about; it's a great place to hide.

At the bottom of a giant hill, don't bus here. There was no hot water in my room, but it seemed to be an outlier so I wouldn't factor that into your decision making process.

Great staff, been 3 times and each time I am pleased with the host. The location was perfect for all the events I have attended. Not too far but far enough from all the crazy traffic and noise.

Wished there were extra blanket and pillows.

The woman that checked us in was very polite and prompt and gave us great directions on how to get to our room. I love that it's close to the big city but in a quiet area. Room is decently sized and the soaps all smell amazing.

There was a McDonald's cup from a previous guest in the mini fridge.
