It was immaculately clean and perfectly located.

The dining options were not good for a property of this level. They were unable to accommodate many many people for breakfast at Watertable including our family at 9:30 when breakfast was listed until 10:00. They had us order right at desk takeout and it was $120 of really badly prepared abd tasting breakfast food. Most of it was thrown away. I had inquired at checkin about breakfast for our party of 5 rooms/8 people and none of the people helping us mentioned we would need reservations.

Amazing views of the lake and the building itself was beautiful inside and out . Very clean and comfortable. We even ran into some rookies playing for the Seattle Seahawks in the elevator . We didn’t bother just cool to see !

Valet seemed high compared to parking across the street , I understand that you are getting more/service but still seemed a bit high for hotel guests and for what you pay for the room itself , maybe give the option of a $10 credit to the market OR some credit for valet parking? Splitting hairs on such a great property so didn’t bother us much.

The building, the location, the view of the lake all are superb. The park next to the hotel is a plus point. For aviation lover, it is right next to airplane assembly plant. Love it.

This hotel does not have bellhop/porter during our stay. It does have luggage cart. So we have to push the luggage cart ourselves from lobby to the room, and the other way around when we check out.

Everything! This place was amazing! Right when you walk in, you can see the lake. The dock area was lovely to sit and relax after a day of travel. We were surprised to have a complimentary pour between 5-6 and s’mores between 6-8. What a treat! Our son loved the pool area. The market was well stocked with everything you could need or want. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We would stay here again and again!

The hotel interior and room were both beautiful and well designed. The view from the restaurants were gorgeous and the nearby pier was wonderful to walk on.

The beds were not very comfortable- but the main culprit was the pillows. At first I thought I had just slept poorly, but then my husband mentioned it, as well as a friend staying in the other room. There was also a major dance competition that was taking place during our stay and it would have been nice to have a little heads up. The place was packed with noisy families (it was like sleepover vibes but with 75 groups) and it made it impossible to get a table at the restaurant.

Location and the extra’s…complimentary wine and beer pours from 5-6, credit at the market, etc. Restaurant food was very good and our dinner server, Davina, was one of the best restaurant staff I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Room was clean and spacious,, view was wonderful. Loved the outdoor bar on level one and the dock seating.

Restaurant food was good, but overpriced, as were the wines.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with a wonderfully peaceful area, breathtaking views, exceptional service from the front desk staff, great location, competitive pricing, and an overall memorable and enjoyable experience.

My experience at the Market store in the hotel was extremely negative due to unfriendly and rude staff, leading me to strongly discourage guests, especially those who are black, from visiting.

The stay was phenomenal. We had the room with lake view, and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean. The bathroom had a tub and shower, and it was very spacious. Had a big flatscreen TV that could be pulled out. Ample parking at the parking lot, and rate was cheaper than downtown Seattle.

There was only one receptionist when we checked in (around 4pm), and she was on the phone so we had to wait a while. Also had to pay to use fast wifi, but even then it was so-so

The design and layout of the room was very comfortable and functional. Access to the adjoining room was easy and convenient. We also liked the Market. We were able to get food and other items without having to leave the hotel.

I wish that when we got there, the sun was still up so we could have seen the lake. I didn't understand why there was a glass door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom.

The location in terms of beauty, but isolated and not much near with traffic issues

The “breakfast included” option we paid for. Too complicated and limited for the price paid. Wasted money.
