I was grateful the staff was always available to answer questions, make adjustments and provide an extra key card when it was necessary. I was greeted with a smile and serviced in a proper and timely manner when I approached the lobby desk.

I had to cut my stay short by 2 nights I made the appropriate change in the booking.com app and I also called the hotel and spoke with Brenda she gracefully changed my dates from the 27th of July to the 25th of July. The booking.com app never reflected that change. i would like to be accredited for those two nights.

Staff is great, security good. Accessible to Starfire and to mall.

Would like to see rowing machine, a chest bench, more free weights, and a leg extension, flexion machine. Also, the vending machine was near empty. We'd have liked some iced tea, maybe chips.

The location was comfortable, safe,and close to everything. The facility was truely disability friendly I was able to maneuver easily in a wheelchair. It was also kid and pet friendly.

Priceline confused the booking. It wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but it made the process quite annoying. Thankfully the hotel made it right.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The price was great and should we ever venture to the Pacific Northwest again, we will return to this location.

There were just some things we weren't aware of going in such as having to pay for additional towels if we weren't staying for more than 14 days. Our bathroom faucet was also wobbly. However, neither of these things were all that bad.

The location was perfect for everything I needed to do!! Close to mall and the places I needed to go while I was there.

The vending machine with the snacks didn't work.

I made the reservation two hours before arriving and the staff was very friendly and double checked the room was clean before check in. Room was clean and didn’t have any issues during my stay.

Bed was uncomfortable. Drink vending machine did not work with debit card. Never tried cash.

The location was perfect for our needs. There was no food available except for in vending machines. But we liked the Europes -style simplicity of the room.

An in-room coffeemaker and more than one cup would have been a welcome addition. We made tea using the micro and shared the one cup. nearby options for breakfast we’re limited to fast food outlets. The other suggestion is to have a reading lamp and night table on both sides of the bed!
