Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. The pillows and beds were extremely comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body cream by Dove are very good option. The breakfast had everything I like (omelette and sausages, pancakes and waffles, fresh baked pastries, fruit and nuts, fresh oatmeal), I would only add some vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes and greens. Staff is nice and helpful. My daughter loved the swimming pool, it was clean and warm. Thank you.

Loved the breakfast and staff in the breakfast area. Friendly and efficient. Parking was good except there could maybe be at least one more disabled spot. Location was easy to reach from I-5 freeway and getting to Highway 18 was good as well.

Some though needs to be given to putting disabled guests on the 8th floor. There was a fire alarm and if there had actually been a fire my husband and I would not have made it. From when the alarm first went off we were only on the 4th landing and someone told us it was a drill. We managed to get to the elevator and waited till it got turned onto return to our room on the 8th floor. The showers required 4 towels on the floor to avoid water running onto the bathroom floor. The lock would not go into the hole but we felt fairly safe by using the thing that only allows the door to open so far. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink but we made so.

Room was spacious and clean. Didn’t have any issues with noise. Breakfast had a lot of great options and was well stocked despite being busy.

Parking lot was very busy. Large buses took up a lot of the spots so we had to park far away from the door and walk in the dark.

The beds were so comfortable. The room layout was perfect. It was clean and just what we needed for our quick stay. Even though the hotel was full of guests, we couldn’t hear our neighbors. The staff we interacted with were friendly. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy it, the breakfast smelled amazing!

I was appreciative that we were transferred to another room when I reported that our assigned room's shower had leaked to the foyer. It was still being renovated & a lip on the shower frame had not been installed yet so water had flowed out.

I would suggest not giving an unfinished room to a guest. There was no phone in room #812 and the shower frame was unfinished. Hence, water leaked to the hallway in the room.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

The car park didn’t feel safe at night. There were 2 patches of broken window glass in the card park where presumably a thief had broken into cars. The toilet seat was very loose on the bowl and the air con in the room wasn’t working correctly. It initially cooled the room down nicely then it heated it up to 80degs, so we just switch it off

Breakfast was awesome- such a great selection- I was very impressed. Area was very clean, well organized- had everything for a well balanced breakfast!

The shower door was VERY squeaky, hard to put a bath mat down and keep door open (for ventilation)

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, excellent breakfast choices and good location for my needs. Laundry facilities were a huge bonus! Would stay here again.

The mattress was good. The staff were all great. The breakfast was surprising. We'd return for that and the staff alone.

The shower was extremely loud and needed to be fixed. It screamed every time it was moved. The paper products are lesser quality. The bedding linens were very thin.

The staff at the front seat was so nice! They really paid attention and made sure we were taken care of! I came back really late after a concert and the staff was still so friendly and happy despite the late hours and so willing/eager to help!
