Nice room clean hav everything I needed no smell guy at the front was nice

There is nothing to not like my stay was wonderful i would only recommend changing the hall carpet’s or deep cleaning them there are smokers outside but only in the back they do not bother you and they are quiet for the most past this is Washington so they are everywhere i don’t understand why people complain about something that has nothing to do with them or they don’t offer no solution

The price is amazing. The beds are comfy. Staff was nice. The indoor pool was so nice an warm i love it

The hot tub was not working an that's my favorite thing about staying in a hotel is relaxing in the hot tub. Breakfast could have more options and the pull out couch/ bed didn't have an extra blanket in the room luckily my daughter brought her own blanket. No towels were in the pool room we were freezing going back to our room lol a lot of other guests seem very sketchy seems like a bad drug area

The room was clean and spacious. The clerk was also very helpful.

My family had stayed here a few years back and my girls remember the pool and the morning breakfast. This time around it didn't have much of hot food just the waffles. They could work on having a real breakfast like eggs,sausage, bacon or hash browns a real breakfast just a thought

Trains and a noisy neighbor, but when approached neighbor apologized for noise. Still very pleasant and worth the price.

Beds were comfortable. Plumbing worked well including shower and hot water. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Staff was friendly and willing to help you.. Had an elevator for the upper floors. Place was clean in my opinion.

It was nice to have some good coffee. Which they had.Always nice to have a nice hot breakfast but they did not. If you wanted a hot breakfast you can get that at the gas station next door which is a short walk away. It has many breakfast options but you have to pay for it.. Also, air conditioner did not work well. At the coldest setting, it was barely enough to keep the room cool. Don't know about the heater. It was warm outside during the time.

someone pulled the Fire Alarm at 3:00 AM. Everyone had to go stand in the Parking Lot. At Check out the gal refused to give me a receipt for my Expense Report "Because you booked Online" !!! Which is crap since I travel EVERY WEEK and book online and always get a Receipt. In fact on BOOKINGS.Com one of the final questions is a Box to check if you'd "like a Invoice at Check out". I've stayed at plenty of Red Lions and this one is the only one I got treated like crap........

No carpet. Always a plus.

Smell!! Smells old and fragrance Heavily of Cheap cleaning products. And needs significant updates.

I've stayed here before I liked it back then and even more now since they renovated the rooms!

the only thing I didn't like isn't anything with the hotel and it goes for everywhere nowadays! the homeless fentanyl smoking bums

We were happy to find this hotel. It was very near to where we were having our car fixed. Also we were long time residents of Kent before we moved to Ocean Shores.

We were told it was had just changed owners and still setting up things. Yes some of the furniture is a little worn and no breakfast service yet but sure it will all come together soon enough.

I love the place swimmingpool',hot tub, weight room and sauna I really dont know why so many people talk bad about this place I like it

I didnt like that the elevator broke down and I was on the highwst floor but things happen
