The staff up front and the housekeeping were amazing, kind and friendly! The breakfast was good and the staff that work the breakfast bar were exceptional and quick! The kids enjoyed the pool.The beds were comfy and the room was a pretty good size for our family of four.

We had issues with the plumbing in our room. The sink and tub would back up with every use and the toilet would clog every other flush. We had to call maintenance to our room twice! We were on the 4th floor, not sure if that had anything to do with it. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed our entire stay. The water machine in the gym wasn't working; I informed the front desk and the next (and last) two days of our stay there was just an 'out of order' sign on the machine. There was only one ice machine on the first floor, no big deal, but it too had an 'out of order' sign on it as well.

It’s the staff that makes this place shine. The staff, especially Sean, went above and beyond to accommodate us. We needed space to assemble floral bouquets for my sisters wedding and they allowed us to use the eating area near the lobby since it was empty. They even offered to cleanup the leftover mess from the flowers. Every time I needed something from the front desk, they greeted me with a smile. I cant say enough about the staff here! This hotel is close to EVERYTHING. The freeway, shopping, coffee, and local attractions are all just minutes away. And the BREAKFAST. It was so delicious. Just book your stay here. You won’t regret it!

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Literally nothing.

The location was excellent. Great breakfast, the food was fresh and tasted good; the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. Parking was free and ample. The reception desk was staffed 24 hours, all team members were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean, my room was quiet and comfortable.

I did not enjoy the fact that Wi-Fi is advertised yet. I could not connect to it and after going down to the desk the two ladies working the overnight shift that night we’re trying to give me an IT tech phone number to call and have a complete stranger obviously not a part of Holiday Inn express Hook me and my computer up which I did not do because strangers are not allowed to hook my computer to anything. So please don’t advertise Internet unless you know it’s working or have someone there that knows how to make it work.

Very comfortable beds/pillows, great hot breakfast with lots of options and just a very clean hotel! This was our second time staying here in the last 2 years, kids love it.

The location isn't the best bc it's next to a very busy highway. I could hear noisy motorcycles late at night. They were doing construction on the hotel so it was a bit noisy early in the morning.

Great location. Perfect for travel between Tacoma and Renton. Easy parking. My family said the breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet despite having some louder neighbors (as noted when I was in the hall).

There was nothing there I didn't like that could be controlled by the hotel/staff.

No other payment option expect payment through Guest own credit/debot card. Atleast Cash must be allowed. Shower needs to have proper curtains. During bath water spills over floor and comes out of the washroom to entrance area.

I love how convenient the location is because it is near a couple good places such as McDonald’s or Dennys. The breakfast there was delicious. I personally loved the automatic pancake maker.

I disliked that the pool was down for maintenance so we had to walk a ways to the neighboring hotel to use their pool. But other than that great service.

The room size, the furnishings, cleanliness, comfortable mattress and pillows.

The only thing was the comforter on the bed didn't go up far enough to cover our shoulders and we got chilled. Maybe we could have untucked the comforter but once in bed we didn't think to do that.

Fitness center too basic for weights. Universal rack would be better. The hallways on the 3rd floor had a particular scent to it that was not pleasing to me
