Location was great, close to highways.

Thermostat didn’t work. It got really stuffy. Pullout bed was horrible! Mattress was thin, springs were poking out and you could feel every bar on the frame.

Check in was good. Breakfast was good, with healthy choices

Not enough washcloths for 3 people. No bedside table for both sides of bed. Daughter complained of wimpy water pressure for shampooing her hair. Location was difficult to find after dark. If there is a sign on Meridian the 3 of us missed seeing it twice. Paid almost $300 including fees, not a big bargain.

Location. The staff. The cleanliness. The breakfast. The housekeeping service and response time. The check in and check out times.

I couldn't stay longer. It was my first visit - I took in a lot however there's some things I might have missed....if I had to pick something, I guess it would be, the remote controls to the TVs weren't in a "this has been sanitized" bag....I didn't want to pay over $119/nt but couldn't find much in that price range that wasn't questionable.... the rate for what I experienced is priced spot on.

Breakfast was delicious. Room location near elevator was perfect for my disability. The staff were definitely A+, great attitude and very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you!

It was a little far to walk from restaurants and stores.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness. The staff was very kind and helpful.

My room had curtains that were mainly for show and didn't close. The street lights hit my room, which made getting a decent night's sleep hard. The curtain was the only problem. By the time I was able to notice, I was already unpacked and freshly showered, so changing rooms was a bit late. Was embarrassed to ask for a different room.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Location is great.

My initial reservation for a suite was not correct when I arrived at the hotel. It was shown as a regular 2 queen. (I have booked the same room, the same way for the last 4 years)The person at the front desk said they did not have a suite but would put a roll away in the room. Two days after we checked out I got a $10.00 charge for it.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very courteous.

The beds were a tad uncomfortable, but it was very noisy where we were right by the elevator. Made for a hard night of sleeping people coming in and out at all hours.

The AC is noisy,. Curtains are for decoration, not to block out the lights outside.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Easy to access the hotel from the surrounding area.

The beds were, in my opinion, too hard. Those of us who are older, with arthritis, find hard beds difficult to sleep on without joint aches and pains. Having some rooms with softer beds would be a Godsend to us.

Didn't like under emenities provide airport transportation that is why I made reservations at the hotel, front desk girl stated we don't have that , toldl her it was on the website, she said no it's not, didn't believe me. I had to pay for a shuttle (Execar) to take me to the airport.
