Front desk employees are fantastic. Helpful and prompt to check in and out with no problems. All issues were addressed and taken care of promptly. 24 hour coffee is huge for me since I don't sleep a lot and it was nice to have hot coffee when I was awake. The rooms are comfortable so don't the the aging of the outside scare you off.

Nothing against the hotel at all, but the area isn't the best. Just make sure you don't leave your car unlocked or any vauable where they can be seen. And if you are a guy, be prepared to have a conversation with the ladies.

Well fortified and I liked the front desk people. They were all really nice and very helpful. I rated everything 10 Stars because it was more than I expected for the money definitely more than I expected for the location and it was clean in the rooms. I think it would be fair for me to say that even though they allow dogs and cats I was told only in some rooms and based on my experience in my room it really was safe for me to be in there and not having allergic reaction. I'm not going to say the same thing about walking out the front door when they were dogs and pets hanging out in the morning but I just walked right through held my breath and took a deep breath when I got outside. Like I said I think for the value and I think the staff were excellent and very likable and they tried to accommodate me when other hotels motels in the area so accommodating

Price was good. Staff doesn't bother you at all and really respects your privacy.

Place made me pay a pet deposit of 15 dollars each day we stayed for my dog, who is a registered service animal. By law they are not allowed to make you.pay any kind of pet deposit for a service animal. I produced legal documentation proving the service animal status of my dog and they rejected it saying that it looked generic and unofficial. I am currently disputing the 96 dollars in pet deposit money they collected from me during our stay. Furthermore they were not willing to be educated on the state laws and the fact that they were breaking those laws.

I've been staying here for years . And in the beginning, I was terrified to go outside my room and this hotel was a last resort for us when we were in town, now I am happy to report that is not the çase any longer . I am amazed by all the changes that have been made. I feel safe when I come here. It's a pleasure to come and stay here. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, and the management is brilliant and truly dedicated . Thank you very much for all that. You guys have done to this hotel to make it a more inviting place to come stay. We will definitely be coming back again!

My only complaint is , I wish they would bring back breakfast, I don't know if they have, but even at a low fee. I would be open to paying that for good food.

The only thing I didn't like was the bus route.

Rooms for $75 , I’ve never seen bedbugs or roaches so that’s a bonus. The main reason I stay here is due to the staff. I absolutely adore the main over night lady and the morning lady that takes over her shift. I can’t remember there names but they are wonderful and have always been beyond helpful

No breakfast, old worn out dirty stained rooms, terrible beds and bedding, shower was broken, carpet was disgusting, there’s towels are yuck! overall the room was terrible and everything was broken or rigged to just barely work. They put no money into there rooms

The front desk staff were polite and communicated well. The room was clean and spacious. The bedding, towels, and soaps were well stocked. I was very comfortable and expect to relax at this comfortable motel in the near future. Thank you for your offerings.

One of the cheapest hotels in Tacoma, ease of check-in, staff very friendly and outgoing.

Cosmetically needs a little remodel. There was missing wallpaper, torn interior molding, broken bathroom door lock. And the room above me I could hear the floor creaking all night as someone walks.

Love everything about this place! And I especially love the staff,they are so friendly. I would recommend staying at this place to anyone!

I wish we could live here but because of covid they only let people stay there 11 days and and the 12th day you have to check out for 24 hours then after the 24 hours you're allowed to check back in for another 12 days

the hotel is clean and quiet, and private there's a back entrance which make it convienant for transporting luggage or for escorts to enter and leave privately.
