The night shift staff (Ally) was extremely helpful. She gave us the perfect room for my husband and I as well as our adult son and even helped bring our bags to the room when a luggage cart was not available. She was very pleasant and answered all of our questions professionally She is a valuable person and we would be happy to book another stay because of her.

Everything was perfect.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The clerk, Maryanne was very sweet and friendly. I enjoyed saying hello to her. Even when things were busy she maintained a cheerful business attitude. She was great!

Had to ask for coffee pot and cups. Coffee is my main drink, but there was one available from front desk.

ADA unit spacious and comfortable on first floor. Comfortable bed, good lighting.

TV channels a bit limited & remotes not very user friendly to set cc or guide features. Breakfast is instant oatmeal, muffin, granola bar, plus tea and coffee. Carb heavy, but better than nothing.

The staff was wonderful--sorry I don't remember their names, but friendly, efficient, knowledgeable! They really made people feel welcome. The room was clean and quiet.

Only that the hotel is old and could use freshening up (carpets, esp.). The mattress was a little lumpy.

From misunderstanding of booking in the hotel The room that I purchased was already sold out before I made the purchase so they did an upgrade as an apology for the missed communication with booking and me.

That booking doesn't have good communication with the hotel. So when I paid for a room for 2 beds on booking. The hotel didn't have it. Luckily, the hotel fixed it and I got a courtesy upgrade.

Staff as very helpful and knowledgeable as well as professional. Moressa at front desk was exceptional. Debbie was also awesome.

The property was not clean and trash thrown all over. Rooms are dated.

The ADA unit I had was spacious, comfortable, had a great bed.

The breakfast is really just beverages, muffin, oatmeal. Cable tv offerings are limited.

Nice area not run down and friendly front desk. Only bad I could think is the hallway was not vacuumed on my floor but they where probably really busy and got to it while I was gone.

Liked the wonderful staff.

The way the property was neglected. Never having towels available. Dirty floors and elevators and grounds unkept as well as overflowing trash.

Phone in the room didn't work to call the front desk nor outside line, reported it, day d it would get resolved and never did. Toasters we're not available. Breakfast was not what I expected.
