The staff was wonderful, helpful and kind.

When the parking lot was filled for it we had to park infront of the goodwill but they did have security walking around out there which made us feel better

The pillows were very comfortable. And the clean rooms. Running a business is being customer centric, and making sure the experience one gets is invaluable from inception. This is exactly what your Frontline staff Ashley did. She went out of her way to help with the little seamingly small things like showing you where breakfast is, the directions of stores around, and generally being nice. Most importantly, she didn't make you feel like u were bothering her with questions. She was happy to take them all.I think she is exceptional and the highlight to the stay

The fact that I didn't have body lotion in my room and toothpaste but Ashley at the front desk assisted with toothpaste. .

Rooms are clean and spacious. It is a newer Hotel, so it is well maintained. Lobby is inviting and it has a nice breakfast room. It is close to the Highway exit. Wapato Park is less than a mile away. If you like to run or walk it is less than a mile away. A loop around the beautiful lake is close to a mile. The fresh waffles for breakfast and egg and bacon were really good

Since the Highway is really close to the Highway and you can hear the notice through the closed windows. it didn't bother us too much but if you're noise sensitive you might. There was not enough staff on the breakfast team, so they difficulty in keeping up with refilling and cleaning tables. Also during our 4 day stays there was never yoghurt (said out of order) often no bananas and also they run out of toast. The floor in the breakfast room next to the juice machine was always super sticky so everyone carried it around.(Maybe add a carpet there?)

I was impressed with the room and amenities; lobby was open and inviting; desk staff were excellent and room had everything I needed and was easy to relax in. I felt our car was parked and safe as can be expected these days; parking lot lighting and parking spaces helped me to feel confident in that. Rochelle at check-in helped me sort through a problem with my reservation and ultimately resolved the issue; thank you! Breakfast options and seating were good also. Thank you for the free parking also.

Wonderful staff & good location! I came up to see a family member in critical care at Tacoma General and this location was about 15/20 mins away. I had originally only booked for the couple days but then extended my stay and it was a smooth extension and the front the desk was very helpful. Had breakfast of waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee, water, juice, Oatmeal, and some fresh fruit. Room was very comfy and nice, nice size bathroom and shower. Parking lot seemed full but I hardly heard a sound from inside my room and it was also off of the freeway and still didn't have much sound which is always great. They had a security officer patrolling the lot which was a nice added touch. Located next to a handful of restaurants up the street with some good choices. Will definitely stay here again next time we find our selves in Tacoma

Breakfast was consistently good and well attended staff managing the breakfast area. Well stocked snack area for purchase. Staff is always friendly. I like seeing a security guard walking around the parking lot every so often! The rooms seem quiet as I don't hear noises from adjacent rooms. This is my second time staying here.

The unexpected hotel guest across the hall smoked pot in their room and in the stairwell. The smell wreaked for 1/2 day until enough guests complained to management. It was cleaned up and the smell on that end of the floor and stairwell was back to normal. I'm happy management took action. Also, I wish there were more TV channels in the rooms.

Great hotel. It is very clean and I like that it is new. It is right off the freeway so it is convenient. It is close to a mall, Starbucks and park. It is definitely a rougher part of town. But the hotel is so clean and new it makes up for it. It has a nice coffee and tea bar. Really appreciated the different pods of coffee, tea hot chocolate. There is a snack bar to buy snacks and treats from if you get the late munchies. My hubby loved the breakfast. The pool is small but very clean. The gym is nice too, but would be better if it opened earlier as we didn’t have time to use it as the conference we were going to was all days. It would be better if the gym could be open at least 6am. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We loved that our rooms were cleaned every day. We will be back!

The best sleep I’ve ever had! The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. I loved that there was a coffee machine available in the lobby, such a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options—bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, donuts, cereal, and more. From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

Water bottles in the room would be a nice touch.

The hotel was clean, modern, and exactly what we needed while passing through the area. The room was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Perfect for a short stay — we’d definitely consider staying again if we’re in the area.

It would have been nice to have bottled water available in the fridge — a small touch that would’ve added extra convenience after a long day of travel.
