The staff was wonderful, helpful and kind.

When the parking lot was filled for it we had to park infront of the goodwill but they did have security walking around out there which made us feel better

Rooms are clean and spacious. It is a newer Hotel, so it is well maintained. Lobby is inviting and it has a nice breakfast room. It is close to the Highway exit. Wapato Park is less than a mile away. If you like to run or walk it is less than a mile away. A loop around the beautiful lake is close to a mile. The fresh waffles for breakfast and egg and bacon were really good

Since the Highway is really close to the Highway and you can hear the notice through the closed windows. it didn't bother us too much but if you're noise sensitive you might. There was not enough staff on the breakfast team, so they difficulty in keeping up with refilling and cleaning tables. Also during our 4 day stays there was never yoghurt (said out of order) often no bananas and also they run out of toast. The floor in the breakfast room next to the juice machine was always super sticky so everyone carried it around.(Maybe add a carpet there?)

Breakfast was consistently good and well attended staff managing the breakfast area. Well stocked snack area for purchase. Staff is always friendly. I like seeing a security guard walking around the parking lot every so often! The rooms seem quiet as I don't hear noises from adjacent rooms. This is my second time staying here.

The unexpected hotel guest across the hall smoked pot in their room and in the stairwell. The smell wreaked for 1/2 day until enough guests complained to management. It was cleaned up and the smell on that end of the floor and stairwell was back to normal. I'm happy management took action. Also, I wish there were more TV channels in the rooms.

Wonderful staff & good location! I came up to see a family member in critical care at Tacoma General and this location was about 15/20 mins away. I had originally only booked for the couple days but then extended my stay and it was a smooth extension and the front the desk was very helpful. Had breakfast of waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee, water, juice, Oatmeal, and some fresh fruit. Room was very comfy and nice, nice size bathroom and shower. Parking lot seemed full but I hardly heard a sound from inside my room and it was also off of the freeway and still didn't have much sound which is always great. They had a security officer patrolling the lot which was a nice added touch. Located next to a handful of restaurants up the street with some good choices. Will definitely stay here again next time we find our selves in Tacoma

Great hotel. It is very clean and I like that it is new. It is right off the freeway so it is convenient. It is close to a mall, Starbucks and park. It is definitely a rougher part of town. But the hotel is so clean and new it makes up for it. It has a nice coffee and tea bar. Really appreciated the different pods of coffee, tea hot chocolate. There is a snack bar to buy snacks and treats from if you get the late munchies. My hubby loved the breakfast. The pool is small but very clean. The gym is nice too, but would be better if it opened earlier as we didn’t have time to use it as the conference we were going to was all days. It would be better if the gym could be open at least 6am. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We loved that our rooms were cleaned every day. We will be back!

Simple check in, very clean, two year old hotel. Room was very comfortable, quiet, microwave and fridge were larger than most, and new. Room was spotless, nice soft towels, walk in shower with excellent water pressure. Large modern TV. Parking had security guard, and excellent lighting. Lobby had mini convenience store of snacks, beverages, heatable snacks, like ramen soup. Breakfast included but I did not eat there.

Only one type of pillow; very soft. I’d like a choice of firmer pillow.

Loved the open foyer greeting space. It smelled so clean. Our room was clean tidy and the bath was walking nice. The room staff appointed our room everyday. The pool area was clean but watch out floor slippery floor. Loved that a Goodwill was right there near location. Walkable. Breakfeast was delicious. Yummy sausage. Laundry neat and tidy. I will use this hotel if ever here again. Thank you BWPLUS!

Enjoyed the bar area, and the staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and cozy. It had a large desk for working. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of self-serving options (even had a yogurt bar). This is definitely one of the better options in the area. (Seriously, the last hotel I stayed at in Tacoma had bullet holes and car break-ins every night.) That reminds me: This location has free parking that is monitored.

I would have liked more general hygiene options in the hotel's store.

The property was very clean, the staff were all fantastic, and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing! It had everything from biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, hash browns, bacon & sausage, cereal, muffins, bagels and more! Breakfast was always busy, but the had it staffed and plenty of seating. Centrally located. Took us less than 10 mins to get to the mall and the Tacoma Dome.

The parking lot is very small. There is overflow parking, but it’s kind of sketchy. There’s also a huge adult store right across the parking lot. I never saw any individuals that were sketchy, but you can kind of tell the area isn’t the best. I didn’t feel unsafe though, not once.
