The room was amazing!! The hot tub was very relaxing, and the king-size bed was so soft and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. available. Big in suite fridge with a microwave and coffee machine too!! The breakfast was also very delicious, and they kept everything full.

Not too much, nothing of the property's doing. People were letting thier kids run up and down the hallways, being very loud.

Excellent value! We stayed there after attending a wedding in the Lakewood area. Easy off and on the freeway. Room was clean and well appointed. The beds and pillows were some of the best we've ever had. Although near the freeway it was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better offerings we've had in a hotel like this. I would definitely recommend this hotel if someone needs a nice clean affordable place to stay while traveling.

The shower head was a bit lame. Should have been able to adjust it.

The beds were very comfy and appreciated the Dove soap products they offered. This was also probably the best continental breakfast I have had at a hotel. Staff was very friendly.

The pool was cold. I-5 is nearby and kind of loud, but using a fan or a white noise machine (which they offer for free!) makes that no problem.

The breakfast was good. Big area to sit in. Very clean and food stocked.Sausage bacon pancakes eggs omelette cinnamon rolls fruit muffins cereal etc. They also have all dove products which was nice. Full shampoo body wash lotion etc.

Everything was good. When there were any questions or concerns it was handled right away. I wouldn’t change anything. Rooms stocked and clean.

Since I was traveling with my family (which includes 4 kids) I was thrilled when they gave us a room at the end of the hall which was not directly attached to another guestroom. The rooms were very spaceous and I didn't even need to ask for additional sheets/blankets/pillows since I found extras in the closet. Overall it had everything we needed and the staff was incredibly welcoming!

We really enjoyed the whirlpool hot tub room. The water was nice and very hot. The bed and room very spacious and comfy. Front staff very friendly, good location near freeway, restaurants, gas and stores.

Only wish we could’ve done a later check out but only offered if you become a regular rewards member. Other than that, everything was great, no concerns or complaints.

The food selection for breakfast was really good. The room we stayed in (two queen beds) was really comfortable both temperature wise and feel. There was hardly any lights in the room at night, which made it easy to sleep.

The shower head was a bit gross, (to the point I would not feel comfortable drinking the shower water) and when asked to address it I was told that maintenance would look at it and nothing happened after that word.

We only stayed for a night but this hotel was very nice. We have not been to the area before but it was safe and clean outside, and the inside was gorgeous and updated. Fresh coffee and hot water available 24/7. The staff were really nice and helpful for a question about the climate control in the room. Bed was comfortable, extra blankets were available in the room. Hotel was quiet for a Saturday night.

The property was centrally located to all the venues we were attending. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Well so things can't be helped Like the Train Whistles over and over again once at 4am and then all rush hour and blowing so many times.. very un -peaceful
