Great, felt-safe location with lots of surrounding parking and a Starbucks nearby. Very comfortable and spacious room. Nice gym, pool area, and convenient coined-laundry on the 1st floor; gym and laundry had 24 hour access. Lovely breakfast options, and especially liked the available 24/7 coffee/tea area, perfect for when we visited in chilly March.

Only 1 of 2 dryers was working to accompany 2 available washers, and we needed to wash clothes the 1 night we were there; however thankfully our room was right next door (Room 107) and we were first to use the washers, so only an issue for those we came after us. Also found there were no clean towels and an over-flowing of used towels in the gym, but that was easily and quickly remedied by a call to the front desk.

The breakfast was excellent - lots of choices. I didn't see a creamer for the coffee that was non-dairy. It would have allowed me to have coffee which I had to skip (medical issue). Otherwise, there were enough choices available. I had a request for an early check-in which was given to me and which I very much appreciated. I loved the 42 in. TV and the arrangement of the furniture in the room - it seemed cozy while still being tastefully decorated.

I would like to have had more direction with adjusting the thermostat for heating the room. I didn't understand the symbols, so had difficulty adjusting the heat. However, it didn't seem to make much of a difference in my comfort.

Loved the super friendly staff! They were warm and welcoming and helped with whatever we needed. Location was super convenient for going both to the Evergreen college as well as the malls. Parking felt safe and loved how close it was to Subway!

Walls are thin and other guests were quite loud at most hours as well as the desk chair in our room had a bad odor coming from it as well as the mini fridge having a strong pepperoni smell.

Breakfast was ok - good variety but not real eggs! When it got crowded, food ran out for a while, but staff did bring more after a while. Easy on and off highway, not much for stores around the area though

Just more stores around the area - we seemed to drive a distance to get to anything, but maybe I'm just not used to the Seattle area. Good to have a subway right next door though.

Room setting and makeup...very accommodating..

The ability to watch separate television as when other is relaxing in living room suite area...the bathroom toilet was really to low even for most individuals...a little higher would be perfect I believe...Overall a great stay...

Beautiful inside out, it was very clean quiet and comfortable also staff is very friendly and accommodating they also check on you to ensure that your well and if you need anything they are always willing to help recommend a 100% loved it here and would definitely go back ❤️

The room was nice and spacious! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and enjoyed the room.

The bathroom shower was a bit dirty, the corners of the tub were dirty and there was a couple hairs on the shower wall. It was ok though we just needed a room to sleep and we left really early.

breakfast was good. The bacon was amazingly thin! The night we checked in - the restaurant - Happy Teriyaki - was recommended by the staff. Excellent food and attentive service from the staff was greatly appreciated.

Great, spacious family room! Great breakfast and beautiful clean hotel.

We booked this stay for the pool for our kids specifically BUT upon arrival found out the pool didn't open until 10am with 11am checkout! The kids were really disappointed to not get much morning swim time. Also, our door had problems and our room keys continually malfunctioned. The staff realized the door lock had a low battery but couldn't be fixed right away.

The convince of food, coffee and freeway ROOM WAS HUGE. We had 2 queen beds, 1 pull out couch that im pretty sure was a queen. We traveled for softball and were able to fit everyone in 1 room. So nice. Free breakfest was a bonus. Also 3 of my kids forgot toothbrushes and they gave us some for free. Awesome place to stay
