The suite had a very comfortable bed. There were two large windows and lots of lighting. Large, swivel tv. Well-equipped room, but only had a small fridge and microwave in sink area. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The dining room and hallway to the conference room were beautifully decorated, relaxing and comfortable. And, the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room were of great size, clean and stocked with disinfectant wipes, towels and water! They also have a very clean guest laundry facility. Parking was clean and spacious.

Sadly, for a hotel of this quality, we expected more than a terrible breakfast. Highly processed food. No plain yogurt. The only healthy options were boiled eggs, apples, and almonds... few bananas. We also expected to be eating off of regular dishes, not paper. There were no recycling bins anywhere near the dining room. Pretty shameful...but they did have them...at the front lobby entrance, which wasn't of much use.

I loved how close to food and a store this hotel was. The breakfast was phenomenal! Beautiful display! The breakfast attendant was so kind and kept a clean and well stocked area. I will definitely be re-booking next time I am over here.

breakfast was very good. the kids really enjoyed it. the pillows were great.

The bathroom in room 317 smelled moldy. There was black all around the sink under the counter rim and black gunk in the bathtub metal plate on the front of the bathtub. the lighting was very poor in the room. the refridgerators need to be colder and cold when you get your room.

The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and the breakfast was good, the atmosphere delightful, the staff very courteous and the complimentary beverage bar was so very appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I dont know that my room was a good value for what i paid ($200) for one night and there was no available handicapped parking for my rider when we arrived at check in so we had to disembark/re-embark the vehicle separately, but those considerations, our stay was not regretful in anyway.

The property is in a good location with grocery store. Restaurants, snd shopping close. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The property is very welcoming to pets and has a wonderful pet area. The premises and rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff (Vera, Mary Cris, Molly, and Janine were friendly, helpful and really wanted to make our stay what we wanted it to be. They delivered on whatever we asked of them.

I guess all our needs were net as i can’t think of anything we lacked or felt was missing.

Food could have been fresher And the pool should have been open earlier.

The property had convenient parking to all entrances; had a wonderful dog area; was convenient to stores and restaurants; had a amazing breakfast and comfortable place to eat it; had tea, iced orange water, and coffee always available; had friendly, cheerful staff; rooms were comfortable.

They did not have a table or shelf on both sides of the beds to set things. Had to set things on the floor (water glass, iphone/ipad, glasses, etc. However they did have a plug-in which kept devices close by.

The location is perfect for us because we came to see my grandma in the hospital. It is super clean, even under the bed and the staff are still masking at the front desk. The staff are friendly especially the ones who serve breakfast. Each staff member gave us personal, kind attention and all of our needs were met. The hot tub is wonderful. It is really hot and the jets are amazing. Breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. We come to see my grandma often and will definitely return to Hampton Inn. It will be our hotel of choice going forward.

I can’t think of much other than the coffee wasn’t good, but that isn’t really a big deal.

Loved ability to make waffles, liked the eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee. Staff was very friendly . Centrally located in town and near waterfront. Loved the amenities and Art decor. Rooms very spacious and clean and great use of space in the king studio and free parking.

French toast. Traffic noise on street was heard but settled down around 9 or 10pm.
