We had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel genuinely welcome—not just us, but everyone we saw them interact with. They greeted each guest with kindness and warmth, always wishing people a good day with such sincerity. It set the tone for our whole stay. Angelina is amazing and always had a beautiful smile on her face!! The rooms were incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a full cooking set that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were unbelievably comfortable—like melt-into-the-pillows kind of comfort. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and honestly, we could’ve stayed longer. This hotel has absolutely everything you could possibly need to live here forever—and some people actually do! We heard stories of guests staying here for a year or even three years, and it's easy to see why. There’s free laundry, a well-stocked pantry where you can buy food whenever you need (charge it to your room or donate cash), and a great workout room. It’s close to everything and just incredibly convenient. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff here are amazing—they consistently go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and comfortable. You can feel the warmth and care in every interaction. We just absolutely love it here. Whether you're staying for a night or a year, this hotel wraps you in comfort and kindness. It’s more than a hotel—it’s a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

I have traveled the world with the military and this is the first hotel that had a honor system to buy snacks. There was a stove and dishwasher in the room. I have never seen that before. Outstanding!!! The staff was really great and went above and beyond to give great service. Especially the girl Charli on the front desk.

I did see some dogs walking in the hotel which was not great to see. Hats off to the dog lovers.

The candlewood cabinet, pantry and laundry being available 24/7 were top notch.

Our keys kept getting deactivated without notice so we were parking near the street and then unable to get in the side door, having to then walk all the way around the building. The deactivations were for silly things like a single piece of.paper needing signed. There has to be a better way to notify clients of front desk needs, such as a paper on the room door, ECT. This should be attempted prior to just deactivating someone's keys.

can't think of everything. The location is very ordinary - not exciting. But I chose it because of its proximity to St. Peter Hospital. The only downside is that it doesn't feel safe to walk to/from the hospital after dark due to a lot of homelessness and drug use on the pathways between the hotel and the hospital.

Spacious room with high ceilings, comfortable mattress and two types of pillows, both firm and soft. Full kitchen in room.

1) The room lacked a cell phone USB charging port. 2) It does not serve breakfast. 3) No one answered the front desk phone at 2:00 A.M. when I called to ask about checkout time. The front desk was supposed to be staffed all night but it was not staffed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The location was great, easy freeway access and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable. I like having a kitchen so I make my own meals. Laundry is free which is a great value. Staff are friendly and helpful. It just makes for a very comfortable and safe place to stay.

I thought they provided breakfast. But since I had a suite with full kitchen I just went to a store and bought breakfast & dinner items.
