Very clean, great customer service, very accommodating to our service animal. Did get harassed little about how big he was but the medical task he is needed for requires him to be big. Great breakfast by far my favorite waffels...you should come and bring friends when ever you get a chance. Great bath tub to, my husband and I enjoyed a wonderful able bath and romantic night there it was amazing.

They asked to do a room check I'm guessing they thought we were smoking, of course we let them we have nothing to hide, but we still got charged for smoking D and R. From coming back

Under new management and it shows it, staff is willing to help, the property is still going under some renovations, but rooms are spacious and clean, and have nice amenities, such as a fridge, a coffee machine, and TVs are brand new, with very good reception. Breakfast is also worthy taking. Special thanks to Chris from the front desk, very kind and helpful indeed.

The property does not have an elevator and the internet was awfully slow in my room specifically.

The staff is very friendly, the food is about the same every day could use a mixes of bacon and scramble eggs. They serve only little circles of egg and sausage that depending of who is cooking will be burnt. Just the breakfast needs more choices like the Ramada or Hamptons and more we stayed at this other hotels. Also the pillows uncomfortable. But the rest it's clean and the outside is maintain too.

People staying at the hotel. Area of the hotel is located in required them to have to hand out breakfast cupons/passes...my guess is because there are to many people that try to come in off the street from free breakfast. Poor oriental girl who maintained the breakfast area was threatened that she was going to make a guest check out because she had asked what room the lady was staying in...when it was a complete misunderstanding...the woman overreacted because the oriental girl actually just asked if she was enjoying her room she was staying in...so crazy poor people trying to keep their business safe...in a very ghetto part of town...

The young man that checked us in was extremely helpful. He offered to help with our bags and gave us a few suggestions for dinner. There was a homeless guy walking around the cars in the parking lot and he went right out there to get rid of him. I had to make a few trips out to the car and every time I went out he was right there watching the cameras. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was okay.

The sheets were a bit ruff.

Great for the stop over I needed in my drive. Had a jacuzzi next to the BED! Room was huge. Bed was huge. Close to shops and gas.

You can hear a little bit of the outside traffic, but that didn’t bother me. You can also hear people if you are on the bottom floor. Breakfast was a little bit average but no worries

The staff were all wonderful. They were helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Really great.

The card keys frequently didn't function at all or sometimes intermittently. They had to be replaced several times during my stay. In fairness, there was a power outage prior to my arrival and one during my stay that was not the hotel's fault and may or may not have affected this. Bathroom and shower were pretty small.

The staff were caring and friendly, I liked that I could easily control the heat in the room and that parking and breakfast and wifi were included in the price and the machine to make coffee in the room was simple to use. There were various restaurants within walking distance.

It was difficult to spot from the road, so it would have been nice to have had clear directions on booking (eg turn left on College Street after coming from I-5) rather than a picture that did not have all the names of the streets. Also on booking it would not accept any Canadian Credit card to pay in advance, I was obliged to pay later. I am not sure if that is an issue with the hotel or with booking.com. The eggs at breakfast were cold and I suspect powdered, and apparently there is no control over who eats breakfast there as a staff member came later and evicted a street person who had come in to help himself. So I got the impression it was not a nice area for me to be alone in.

The location was convenient to my meeting. The desk staff and breakfast providers were very friendly.

At first, my WIFI would not connect with the connection and password that was provided at check in. I went to the desk and they gave me another connection to try with a different password. That worked.

This was a convenient location, with clean quiet rooms. We received a call after we checked out from the hotel to see what we wanted to do about an item we had forgotten. We were not too far away so we returned to pick it up and were pleased to find it waiting for us along with a little snack offered as well. This is what I call customer service!

We were pleased with every aspect of service, comfort and value at this hotel.
