Clean facility, friendly staff, welcoming and accommodating to our animal! The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal- tons of varieties of foods and hot breakfasts, the ladies greet you every morning and assist with anything you are looking for. There is a heated indoor pool, we did not use, but it was available in the cold weather. Would stay here again.

The beds were not great, but somewhere to lay your head.

the breakfast was great and delicious! probably one of the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel we’ve stayed at!! staff was friendly and helpful. Things in the hotel room were nicely organized and user friendly.

Few minor things really. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on. Nothing looked dirty or anything, but the only thing i have to mention is a weird gross smell that I want to assume was coming from the carpet? It was one specific spot so I’m thinking someone who stayed there might have spilt something and it was properly cleaned. It was near the bed so that’s how we noticed and was the only down fall. Everything else was great! Bathroom was clean, beds were done nice. The other thing would be to let guest know when checking in or putting a sign in the pool area, is letting guest know towels for the pool are at the front desk and you need to ask them for the towels

Staff was fantastic. Rooms were great with complimentary hygiene products (including toothpaste and tooth brush.) Wi fi was good. Breakfast was solid for a hotel Hot Breakgast. Coffe was always avail in lobby

I wish they would have hand soap in the bedrooms. The elevator was very slow

Our neighbors were very loud, but that's not your guys' fault. Also, the pool was freezing..

Friendly staff. Everything very clean and functional. Pretty good for BW breakfast. Room was large. My small dog was welcomed and was comfortable. Which made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

Some road noise. No easy or good spot for dog to go potty.

The staff was very pleasant and was sure to greet us in passing. The continental breakfast was one of the best we have had in our travels.

The parking was limited. The TV was very difficult to operate.

Warm cookies were a very nice touch upon checking in. Friendly staff and the head manager greeted us in the breakfast room asking if everything was going well.

We enjoyed using the swimming pool and hot tub. Our room was well equipped with all that we needed.

It was a little difficult understanding how to set the heater controls in order to arrive at a comfortable temperature in our room.

Exceptionally clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, friendly and professional staff, plenty of parking and lots of lights in parking area. It's in a very safe area, and close to everything you need.

The bathtub drain was broken (drained fine, just couldn't close and was caked with minerals). That's it. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.
