The location was great for the event we attended.

When booked, I asked that there be no down bedding due to allergies, and want the first floor. The return message said we'll do our best! When we arrived they acted like deer in the head lights. They said oh, yes it shows in the notes but they don't use them??? They wait until you arrive to do anything (mind you the person in front of us, they told them they got the last first floor). I said I asked for first floor at booking, and she said ok we have one left. What?? We had to wait so the housekeeping staff could change the bedding. Housekeeping told us inour room that they are never told so can have it ready, they do it when you arrive! POOR PLANNING!! DO BETTER!

The staff was super friendly and helpful and always offered warm cookies! The housekeeping staff was amazing as well.The room had all of the amenities I look for but the layout was a little weird. The bed was comfortable. The TV was nice with Direct TV. There was a tiny microwave and fridge that both worked well. The hair dryer was good. The decor was weird but the room was functional.

The room layout was weird, the king size bed had tiny pillows. The shower needed more room for my stuff although shower supplies were provided. They're doing updates so maybe our room wasn't done yet, but our toilet seat was icky and the grout in the shower looked moldy. We had a 3rd floor room with a view of the water but the window was super dirty on the outside. The shower temperature fluctuated and the air conditioning didn't come on when it should but other times would freeze you out. The clock was off by like 28 minutes and it thought it was January. I have no idea how you wou set that thing.

All the staff were wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and accommodating. They really made me feel as though any questions or needs I had were easily addressed and no problem for them to take care of. They genuinely cared. Accommodations were roomy and comfortable. Having been greeted with a warm cookie and hot coffee was a wonderful welcome.

As an older person, my only concern was that the only grab bar in the shower was small and very close to the shower head. So in order to turn on the shower -if you are a little unsteady and need to grab that bar, you would have to be right under the shower head which of course is cold water when first turned on.

Good location near shops and restaurants and the farmers market. The room was well stocked with towels and the beds had plenty of pillows. Free (warm) cookies at check in! Complimentary coffee and tea (but no breakfast) available.

The lighting, especially around the mirror, wasn't great. The bathroom didn't have a fan, so it was very steamy after a shower. Parking was limited. Breakfast was $10 (and didn't look to be much more that what most hotels provide at not charge).

I stayed here with my family. We wanted a hotel near Seattle but not in Seattle. This was a great hotel! It was very consistant to all Double Tree standards. It was way more affordable than hotels in the city center of Seattle. All of the staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super clean.

Parking is limited. We arrived late so we had to park along the street, but I still felt safe parking there. It is set back from main streets and very quiet.

The room was physically divided into two spaces: sleeping and work/relaxation. The sleeping area had a king-size bed (comfortable), lamps with usb ports, a TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom had a walk-in shower (sans tub). The work/relaxation area had a full sized L-desk with office chair and phone. It also had a large Samsung TV with Direct TV and I could mirror internet content from my phone. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fitness room and pool.

The pool didn't have a changing area.

The perfect location to walk to everything downtown. The entire staff is too-notch and clearly wanted to be sure we had a wonderful stay.

The construction was slightly annoying as it made it more difficult to park and get in and out of the property. But we know it will be worth it when it’s done and it was really just a minor inconvenience.

Location is the biggest like about this property. I was on vacation and wanted the ability to stay and get walking-distance access in the city and this hotel was perfect. This hotel also makes an ideal stay for those on business trips. Breakfast is very good too.

The parking lot. The space in between the stripes is really narrow and best appeals with compact cars, I drive a 10ft long pickup and it was tricky maneuvering around in the hotel parking area, they only have one and it was full every night I stayed. If that parking area fills up then you have to park in the street, luckily I didn't have to do that during my stay but I did have to squeeze into some tight spaces, thank goodness I didn't damage other cars with my door and vis versa.

Perfect location. The staff is top-notch all the way around. Comfortable, well-sized rooms.

Gym is quite small but worked for us as long as it was just the two of us in there. Which it was every time we went. The construction is a big annoying for parking purposes but the staff was highly aware and did everything to make it not affect our stay.

The beds!!! So comfortable and cozy. The gym! Small and basic but provided all I needed. The staff!! The front desk and breakfast staff were accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. The location! The hotel is right across from the water, walking paths, outdoor market, downtown shops, and restaurants. A+
