The Courtyard Olympia is an outstanding facility and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The facility as a whole and particularly the room I stayed in were exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything a business traveler could ask for. The sheets and towels were high quality, housekeeping keeps you amply stocked with every supply, and there are more charging outlets and USB ports than any one person could every possibly need! The room was well lit when needed and the blackout curtains worked well. The hotel gym is well appointed with high quality fitness equipment, free weights, jump ropes, complimentary towels, and water. The gym was also very clean and well stocked. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. The staff were all very gracious and friendly upon every interaction. Even the housekeeping ladies were very friendly offered a smile when we met in the elevator. The only slight negative about this property is the noise from the freeway. If you are given a room on the freeway side of the hotel, even with double pain windows, there is constant truck noise all night. If you are a light sleeper like I am, request that you be on the street side of the hotel. If I return to Olympia I will seek out the Marriott Courtyard again in a heartbeat.

The only negative is having a room on the freeway side of the hotel because of truck noise all night long.

Clean and comfortable suite, good location, friendly staff

Breakfast experience was poor. They give coupons $20 per person that you can spend for breakfast. We didn't get any coupons at first. When we came for breakfast, I had to explain that we had breakfast included. After some waiting, they gave me just one coupon. Then my husband had to go to the front desk and ask for another coupon. We got our breakfast in the end, but it would have been easier to not pay in advance or eat elsewhere

The place was clean and tidy! However, I was disappointed with a comment made by the receptionist. When I asked if there was a complimentary breakfast, he initially said no. Later, he added a remark that really disturbed me: "People who come to higher-end hotels like Marriott don’t prefer complimentary breakfast." It was my birthday, so I chose not to take it seriously and refrained from reacting. Otherwise, I would have certainly given him a piece of my mind.

Even though I turn the front thermostat to completely off there is still a nightly noise with the ventilation system. Either they have it turned up to drowned off the traffic noise as they are equivalently disturbing my peaceful sleep. But not fall asleep. Only got 4 hours if I did not get to sleep in and they charged me for an extra night when I only booked two so I have to make a phone call. And that will probably cause me some stress because I might have to go through a third party and figure out who's doing the charging. Thank goodness I asked for a paper receipt so I have proof.

There was absolutely no tea bags or Cutlery in my room. Two cups and two coffees. But I only drink decaf and there was not an option on the coffee either. Housekeeping needs to be leaving those items in the room but they are all new as well as the building so I'm sure you've got some bugs to figure out

Breakfast was great! Coffee was excellent as well. The staff were very personable and responsive to my requests. Nice having a bar/restaurant at the location. The handle on the wall near the shower entrance rather than below the shower head is a welcome return to common sense in hotel design. Plenty of USB and even a USB-C port handy along with outlet to cover all the chargable things we travelers carry with us these days.

I love the walk in shower with no door. Unfortunately the shower head sprayed towards the opening causing a mess and could not be adjusted to alleviate the issue. .

There is no free breakfast, but there is complimentary coffee, which we appreciated. It you walk down the paved path that starts at the forest side of the parking lot, through the forest and up into the residential section on the other side (just a few blocks total) you get to a GREAT coffee and pastry place (Olympic Coffee I think) next to Vita's Pizza. Went there four times. Also good market with local produce there and a little sandwich shop.

All was fine.

It was modern and clean. My daughter loved the pool. It was clean, but crowded.

Pool ran out of towels. Pretty sure there were too many people in the pool when we were there. The walk in shower floor in our room was slippery. There was NO tread on the floor of the shower and I almost slipped. I am NOT old and worry about your older guests slipping and falling in the shower. Can you PLEASE put some kind of anti slip device or agent into the showers? Road noise on the freeway side was pretty loud at night.

The room was spacious, front desk personnel was friendly, informative, pleasant. It was quiet on the non freeway side of the building. Breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and there are USB ports by the bed. The room was user friendly, well thought out.

There is not a shower door that closes, so your backside remains cold while showering. It seemed that this would be ok in a warm climate but Olympia is not warm. I thought breakfast should be included because of the price but it is not.

Location was convenient to the Interstate highway and State Capitol building, but tucked away in a woods that you wouldn't know it was so close. The building had a touch of woodlands design in character with the area. Nicer than your typical concrete clad - business styled hotels.

No complimentary breakfast (except for coffee), had a Starbucks-like set-up though I believe it was limited in menu items - we just ordered a muffin.
