Location is almost in the heart of Lacey and yet, apart from the traffic noise of Martian Way, you would think you were in a pine forest. Lovely towering trees all about help to block the view of busy traffic and gives a sense of calm.

The swimming pool seemed to have an excessive amount of chemicals in it and was cloudy as if it needed a good cleaning and change of water. The included breakfast was very impressive at the start of our week's stay, however the variety of items deminished as the days progressed. By the week's end, there wasn't any fresh fruit. Also, the selection of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and breakfast sausage became tiresome after a week. A different variety of prepared eggs and breakfast meat would have been welcomed. Nonetheless, the included breakfast was a nice start to our day.

I really like the location of the Lacy, WA location...I feel safe staying there. I like how clean your location is, the very friendly staff and I never have issues when I stay there. I can't hear the other rooms or people passing outside my room compared to other hotels I've stayed in and I really enjoy your complimentary breakfast. I would always have to ask the front desk to give me extra coffee packs for my room and they always give me with a smile. My visits are always the same, I have never been disappointed and that is why I always come back and stay at your Comfort Inn Lacy, WA location.

Easy access just off I-5 after a long day driving. Friendly quick check in. Clean nicely appointed room and a good stay. Breakfast was good and easy. Pool was a little too cool for me but a nice option after a long day driving. Lots of local easy to access dinner options, in the neighborhood, a short drive away.

The Booking.com often says 2 large double beds but they are queen beds. It would be nice if they clarified that these are queen beds, I almost never booked, so glad I did.

The front desk staff was very helpful. At one point we lost our internet connection. When I asked the front desk person, she indicated that she didn't know how to reset it but that she would find out and call back. She did all of that. It was a great example of how issues actually set a place apart when they are handled well. It wasn't just that it was fixed - it was how it was fixed. All good!

It's a fairly basic place, but the value is great and there's nothing I saw that was objectionable.

The price was nice. The staff was wonderful. Both the girls that were working were wonderful and very helpful.

The room was really small and at first the bed was really comfortable but after laying on it for a bit we realized it was too soft. I have a bad back so it’s hard to find a decent bed and a hotel. Beds were also supposed to bed queen but definitely was not a queen. My boyfriend is 6’2” and 240lbs and I’m 5’9” and 165lb so a full sized bed was a little tight for us but we made due. Kind of a sketchy area. I know the hotel behind this one La Quinta has lots of drug activity going on there so it makes things uncomfortable.

I had a little mishap with booking a second night. Shyanne was exceptional at correcting it. She was a pleasure to work with and definitely made our stay better. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to call her back today because my daughter left her swimsuit and she was very prompt in getting back with us. We will definitely be back

My partner and I love the clean rooms. The rooms have a great air conditioner, a microwave, a large bed, a huge TV, and a spacious bathroom! The front desk staff are always so kind! I love that even when the hotel is fully booked, it isn’t loud. Also the breakfast they offer is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is near so many restaurants that are walkable.

I was booked in a newer area of the hotel and even though I was beside an elevator, it was still nice and quiet when I had to go to bed. I enjoyed that the room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast on Memorial Day was only until 9 am. Breakfast times should be longer until 10:30 or 11 am. I did find the scrambled eggs and sausage to be extremely salty. Not sure if they added extra salt as it was super, super salty and I couldn't finish. Please don't salt the food and let people add salt if they need. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn in and the food had no salt at all and it was so much better. Mini fridge freezer area was small, could be bigger.

The staff at the front desk was great. When I needed a few minutes after checkout time, she told me that I had an extra 30 minutes. This allowed me to pack and leave. I wish the drink vending machine worked. My son and I wanted water, and the only water available was the lemon water. The vending machine had an out of order sign.

When I first arrived at the facility , the owner was just leaving, he saw that I had a truck and trailer he greeted me and pointed out a spot for me to park , he apparently knew I was staying for two days and said I could put the cones provided to save my spot for the next day when returned from the race track. I went inside and was greeted by an extremely pleasant employee, she checked me in and made sure I had everything I need, told me if I needed anything she is there for me. I entered my room and found a clean nice room. I woke up early to go to the track , got in the shower to my delight the shower had excellent water pressure, the employee in the morning made sure hot coffee was made , it’s available 24 hours a day 👍🏻 I got back the next day and the spot I had put cones out was waiting on me🎉🎉🎉 the property is completely fenced in so I felt my race car and truck was safe! I was hungry and ask a third employee if there was something in walking distance, she told me about three restaurants. The next morning I woke up and Joe had hot coffee waiting, super friendly, this was around 5am. I packed up by the time I was finished Joe had breakfast made , egg , sausage, biscuits and hit gravy. I absolutely love this property and can’t wait to visit again
