Staff was friendly and accommodating, facilities and rooms were very clean. Will come here again, when in town. Non-smoking building is excellent.

I don't like how the windows don't open all of the way. Cable TV choices could have been better or more options. Couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, but I had excellent cell signal strength with Verizon. Parking was well lit and felt pretty safe at night.

Because it's brand new, it's sooooo wonderfully clean. I hope they give the cleaning staff the proper time and tools to maintain it so that it can stay so clean. It was dark and rainy when we arrived, and hard to find (as it is behind another building), but aside from that, I was glad I stayed there.

They could use another sign/ banner by the driveway as it was challenging to find.

The staff was cordial and welcoming, the facilities were pristine.

There is the convenience of vending coffee in the lobby, but it's pretty nasty ....even for a dollar. It's not anything to write home about. Each room has its own beautiful kitchen, figure out what to make your own, would be our suggestion

Major issue google maps doesn't get you to the hotel!!! Just call the hotel. Front desk was great! Since room had a nice kitchenette it would have been nice to have a small table and two chairs.

Not sure why considering the booking total was $100 for one night, I was charger $200 along with a $100 incidental fee. The incidental fee was refunded back but I don't know where the other $100 came from. Other than that the hotel itself was quiet, clean and comfy.

Sturdy signage on road to pull in to correct driveway would help- flimsy sign had fallen over and had to back track after taking the wrong driveway. No ice machine was available. AC unit (?) would make loud beeps throughout the night even when turned off. Could hear highway from inside room.

Super clean! It was a very basic room but it suited my needs perfectly.

Shower was always cold in the evening super hot in the morning. It is a little hard to find. Better signage would be great. :)

Very long wait to be helped at the front desk. Very slow elevator. Not a big fan of the automatic lights in the rooms. Came on all by itself in the middle of the nigh

Signage and access was very difficult. I circled for 15 minutes trying to locate the hotel. Very frustrating. No towel bars in bathroom No dishes, pots, utensils to use the stove or microwave. No coffee maker available or access to hot water for tea.

Location: very hard to find. The GPS took us to storage sheds next door. The hotel is tucked away well off the street and is hard to see and a tree blocks the name on the building.was

Not enough towels. There was only one bath towel.
