The staff here is always amazing. We have stayed several times here for cheer comps and will likely be our new go to for the area as we visit often. It's always so clean, decorated so nice and it ALWAYS feels so safe with the base so close and military staying. The breakfast is good and the pool area is nice.

The only tiny bad thing I have is that the heater for the pool/hot tub has been broken since at least Dec, but my kids don't mind it being so cold..

It was a good location, and it was quiet. The breakfast has a good selection to choose from.

The first day the hot tub didn’t work and the manager wasn’t around to come restart the heater for it. The second day while out I called to see if it was fixed and the staff that answered the phone was rude and short to me stating that maintenance said it was fine.

The location. Close to the military installation. Beautiful and quiet area.

I'm not going to say I didn't like it. I wish I knew not to book the first floor right next to the exit. I never do that, ever. However, this time, it wasn't so bad. There were five of us. It was a little cramped. But it worked.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large, clean, breakfast was awesome each morning. Area had great walking area within distance to places to eat.

Had a little trouble with our room key working on the laundry door but staff took care of it. Had a great 4 day stay visiting family.

The breakfast was plentiful and good. The staff was very pleasant. We were always greeted with a smile. The room was clean. The beds were just right. We were asked if we wanted new towels to be changed for each day. That was a nice option to be given as choice. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and a short ride to Joint Base Lewis McChord. It was really nice to see that the Hotel honors the Military as we are a military family visiting our son at the Base.

The breakfast was good and the location was great for my purpose. I had an early appointment at the VA hospital at American Lake. I would have had to drive the next morning in the fog and leave very early to make my appointment. Very convenient location for american Lake and Joint Base Lewis McCord

Nothing for me

We love it here and always stay when visiting family. Rooms, especially the suite, are so spacious and we love the pool and gym. Appreciate the availability to wash in the coin washer and dryers. Rooms are clean and staff is so friendly. I like the amount of parking available.

Hot tub was out of order this time 😢 and they are doing construction but still a great stay each time.

The property was beautiful! The outside was full of pretty flowers and plants. I enjoyed the fountain and decorations along it. The inside was decorated pretty especially the flower wall in one of the seating areas. It was clean and very nice. The room was nice and roomy, I felt at home for the night! The staff was very nice and helpful.

The only complaint I can really come up with is the breakfast was kind of cold. I still ate it though as I had a microwave.

Breakfast is good quality and variety, they have a pancakes and waffle machine that is awesome, also fruit and yoghurt and the space is wide, what I liked most was staff that welcomed me on Friday 27th , Jena was her name I think , very kind and comprehensive because we arrive late night at 11 pm , but she was so kind to show us all the stuff, I even booked another night with her because I felt very confident about this place, also rooms were very practical, good air conditioning system and beds, maybe I just would improve shower because its not so easy to use those cold and hot water faucets , small zen japanese gardening is great and so parking place.

When we left out on Sunday morning 29th Jan, at 11 am I was receiving a call from desk to leave the room or stay more, this another girl with glasses was very rude, it was Sunday and I said on Sunday everything was slower!, anyway I told her I was going to leave at noon, because I just had woke up, then at 12:10 again phone call to tell me that my card was going to be charged another day, so I run away from here very fast and restless and tried to forget this staff girl for rest of my trip

The location is extremely convenient as it is right off I-5, no more than 3 minutes to get to and from the freeway. The staff was more than pleasant and helpful. We didn’t plan it but got there 3 hours before check-in and they had no problems getting us to our room as it was ready. The buffet breakfast was delicious, there’s lots of options to choose from.
