Really clean and surprisingly really nice updated rooms especially for how cheap the room was. Overall experience was definitely 10/10 I absolutely recommend staying here if you find yourself in Lakewood and in need of a decent affordable clean motel!! The beds were really comfy and soft plus the towels were big and fluffy 🙂 I also love that they offer several different types of rooms to accommodate your stay from single king beds, double beds to even full size one bedroom apartment (kitchenette style with full size kitchen and living room ) to a jacuzzi suite even! I also do believe most if not all the rooms have been updated and or remodeled. They also provide breakfast in the mornings in a dinning area , vending machines 24/7 and an on site laundry facility coin operated. Oh ya, they are dog friendly 🦮🐩🐕‍🦺🐾🐶

Room was clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room as well as a coffee pot. Unfortunately the coffee provided was only decaf. The coffee served in the front office fir breakfast was cold. The breakfast as they called it was nothing. There was no breakfast really. It was a small pastry wrapped in plastic. Hardly worth going to the office for. The drinks were choice of apple juice or orange juice or COLD Coffee. Don't expect a de ent breakfast. Not even instant oatmeal or a waffle or something. Just some dinky little store bought pastry. The cheapest they could find. Was not impressed with breakfast in the least. At least keep the coffee hot people! Really? Cold coffee. Wow! Lazy that's what that is. Lazy and cheap. Breakfast was a very disappointing bust. They didn't even try to make it something good. That is not breakfast and they should not be allowed to advertise as such. It's barely a morning snack. How cheap! You can do better then that. Did I mention the coffee was cold and the coffee supplied in the room was decaf only. What's the point of putting coffee pot in the room if you only offer decaf. That's just as pointless as what they passed off as a continental breakfast. Disappointing to say the least.

The cold coffee and the poor excuse for a breakfast. You could at least supply real coffee in the rooms not just decaf or make sure the coffee in the office is fresh and fairly hot. It was luke warm at best. Breakfast was a bad joke. They should have laws about advertising breakfast and serving a kids snack as breakfast. That's just wrong.

The breakfast was only coffee, juice and a small Danish. The bathroom had no soap or shampoo and the only time housekeeping came by was on Day 11 of my 12 day stay. The bed was comfortable, tv had good cable selections, and the daily rate was reasonable. ADA bathroom features were good.

Huge room. More like a mini-apartment. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, big sink and oven. Desk and comfortable king bed. Even a dining table. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fabulous. The showerhead was old and pre-dated all of the water saving legislation and therefore, ran like a firehose. The bed was very comfortable.

The place is old and dated. Floors were not clean. No kitchen supplies - no plates, silverware, nada. No blankets. I had to buy one.

1. The bed was so comfy. I had a wonderful sleep. 2. Good coffee in the room to start my day. 3. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. 4. Lots of towels which I loved. 5. The room was spacious, comfy, and clean. 6. Loved it had air conditioner. 7. Convenient

1. I wished there were real breakfast like egg and bacon menu they serve in most hotels. However, I was grateful that they had toast, juice, and water I could grab and go. 2. The toilet light was a little dim making it was hard to see at night. 3. I went to check in around 1 pm, but was told I couldn't check in until 3 pm. I understood. Then I asked to use a toilet. They refused for me to use their toilet even I were to check in in the next 2 hours.

I really enjoy staying here the staff is always so helpful and nice I love how clean the rms are and the location I get right on the freeway or go grab a bite to eat overall I truly love staying here

I am satisfied other then the different agencies fluctuating in price front desk was very much so accommodating to any of that so I didn’t really have any issues I will be staying here again just with my room a little sooner therefore the different agencies give me a little discount

The room was amazing! my fiance was surprised by it & felt wonderful 😊 love the layout of the room & loved the jacuzzi a lot even tho we only used it once.

there was no trash can in the room. couldn't get the TV to work. blankets were thin & wish it was a thicker one. wish I was able to set up the room before my fiance got there 😔

We spent our birthdays here and it was very nice ❤️

I’m not sure about the cleaning fee and would really like to understand. Most apartments charge around 300-500 for a cleaning deposit; but 50 upfront felt like a bit much. Would definitely consider to decrease the amount.

I LOVED the¹¹ gal working there when I checked in fairly late, @ 1130pm. Her name was Kim, and she was one-in-a-million!!☆☆☆ Kim also had taken the time to read my special request that I had written on the 3rd party booking app, no one ever cares to take the time to read those!! Not in my experienceanyway. Kim also did an amazing job at fulfilling my request, which was that I would ne+ײ?¹½²²2!aqwLAed as much help from the room or other ♿ tools like shower chairs/benches/extra nonslip towels and more space to be able to maneuver around

I like the way it fits my budget. It is clean and reasonable. It's close to the International district with excellent food choices.

The only things that were unlikable were that there was no hand soap in the room, and the toilet paper roll was on the wall behind the door.
