Excellent pool, The service staff was on point, they are currently remodeling but the improvements will enhance the place. Great stopover if you’re traveling with kids and want a hotel where the pool and hot tub are way above average. Breakfast is made to order and all the staff are super friendly. Would return.

Our room was on the dated side of things but I’m sure they’re on the phase two of the remodel so even then it was super clean and comfortable just outdated and worn out a bit.

Updated rooms were are conveniently designed - device charging ports everywhere, convenient room entryway, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and great housekeeping. Kids eat free for breakfast with paid adult meal (reasonably priced), great to have free parking, also fast wifi.

Hotel did a great job accommodating with provided earplugs, but the location is next to the freeway, which makes it convenient but unfortunately noisy.

The staff was amazing! The food was fantastic! Our room was really clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience!! We loved that checkout was noon as well as it gave us time to wake up and eat first without getting up so early!

The pool room was really hot, so it felt a little hard to breathe, and the spa jets didn't work. It was also fairly loud outside and upstairs from us for a portion of the night. But it didn't last all night, so it wasn't horrible. The bathroom was also quite small but not a big deal.

The room was great. Clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, with hooks in main and bathroom and large closet. Breakfast was great. You order at counter and it was made fresh for you, and brought to your table. I wish I remembered her name, but the gal who works there (I had breakfast Wed and Thursday) was so friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The staff at front desk were so friendly.

The night staff was awesome. Breakfast was an actual meal prepared for you. Not like a typical free breakfast of a waffle or cold cereal. I'm extremely OCD about cleanliness and the room was pretty close to spotless. One of the first things I do when checking into a room is check the filters on the air conditioning. They were completely clean. We slept like rocks too. I will highly recommend these accommodations and plan on staying again at a future date

I didn’t like the sound proofing inside the rooms. I was right by the elevator and heard people coming and going a lot. It would wake me up. I also thought what I paid for was quite expensive.

It was much nicer than I expected for $118 a night. The bed was very comfortable. Having a mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig was a bonus. Staff were able to accommodate my room not being close to an elevator. Security in the parking area was reassuring.

Everything was good. No suggestion.

The manager, I think his name was Sean, was exceptionally patient and thorough during check-in and out. He even located my USB cord for me after I checked out and got directions to the BK in the area for me before I was even done discussing it with another desk clerk. All of the other staff were kind, professional and caring, as well. The breakfasts came up a bit short, selection-wise, but were prepared perfectly by the cook. My room was clean and well-lit. All window covers worked and the bed was comfortable. The hotel even had security. The exterior was very well kept; no litter and garbage cans were maintained.

The area is not the greatest. While security handled a couple of trespassers, they were still disconcerting. Again, this is no fault of the hotel's. There is a homeless area just down the road and a couple of gas stations have bars on their windows. The breakfast choices with the room-rate were too limited. Basically, any combination of eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes. It was delicious, just limited.

A little more expensive than I wanted it to be. But nice place with excellent and friendly employees. We were able to have all 11 grandchildren together they had so much fun. thank you for your hospitality ❤️

Ashley went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation when I had a card issue and was very pleasant the remainder of my stay. I loved being greeted upon entering the lobby. Tasha has a bright and cheery personality and was also very cordial and helpful. Dinner was really good and they had yummy snacks and incidentals in the lobby to ensure my stay was a lovely experience. I was also given a room near the elevator which was a bonus. I was on the freeway side of the building and the windows really were soundproof! I appreciate the separate blind which only filters out some light. Great stay all around.

The room doors are very heavy and there is no way to keep them open. This makes it difficult to get luggage in and out of the room. That was really the only issue.
