Our room was clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfy! The staff was friendly. We were greated warmly and treated so well in the breakfast room! It was a convenient location to get to the Puyallup Fair.

We did not receive maidservice at all. There was no information about surrounding areas to visit, restaurants or hotel information in our room. At 7 am there were Jack hammers and cement cutters outside our window. Not a nice thing to be woke up to on a Saturday morning! (I realize that it was not the fault of the hotel, but it went on for several hours) The neighborhood was extremely scarey with homeless people sleeping and partying on the surrounding sidewalks and screaming loudly.

The room was clean and comfortable. I did like that there was plenty of lighting in the parking lot area and I was able to always find a parking spot close to the front door, since I do have bad knees and that the hotel does have some homeless folks close by in the area.

One thing I did not like was a red stain on the carpet by the desk near the frig/microwave cabinet. I thought it might be a blood. I got a tissue and wiped it but it did not come up and it was not fresh, but it was kinda of freaky having that spot there. I made sure not to step on it. Might want to cut it out and glue a new piece of carpet or patch there as its a bit concerning.

Some items are showing their age. First room, even though I had requested an accessible one, lacked an ADA compliant toilet, and the shower did not work properly. Second room, the stick on trim around the bathtub is coming loose, especially since the water from the shower hits it with force. Groups that were using your event spaces, across the hall from our rooms, were not considerate of our presence at all, leaving their doors open, and making too much noise early in the mornings.

Unfortunately we were in town for a family member passing at the Tacoma hospital and it was late so we found this facility right down the freeway from us. There was a "partner discount" something that popped up on booking and made it a better price but we needed two rooms and gave us an error for second booking. When called to check if our booking went through, the front desk woman was very nice and helpful and made sure everything on both ends worked out (thank you very much). NICE & SECURED parking lot and hotel right off the freeway. Had security guard outside and needed room key to open front doors. Rooms very clean and comfy beds, working ac/heater, good TV channels, nice bathroom. the hotel was also across the freeway from their big casino they have there

I had no issues with the sound of Cars from freeway - we got in super late so not much driving on the freeway was happening but in the morning I could see how it could bother light sleepers. Breakfast was OK. I'm a happy gal if I get my waffle and they had Waffles. Waffles, biscuits and Gravy, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. The breakfast servers ladies were nice. It was late when we arrived and still needed to find dinner, had to drive 10, 15 mins with no traffic to get to a McDonald's which wasn't a big deal

The room was clean and quiet. The property must be very well insulated because the room stayed comfortable even without the heater being on during the night. Also street noise and train whistles were barely audible, so sleep was not interrupted. The staff was also very accommodating and efficient which made check in and check out very easy.

The only slightly negative thing about the room was the fact that the alarm clock needs to be replaced...not all the buttons are there that need to be there. The heater was a bit loud, but it did put out good heat.

Very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, liked the nature photos, very pretty room, great picture on TV, and thinks for including Showtime, I watched a movie I have been wanting to see, Life of Pi

Could have used stronger lightbulbs, maybe just at desk, but especially over the sink area, it was hard to see for makeup, this is my only criticism

Our stay was perfect. We are a musical couple who had performances in the area an first of all the location was perfect! The king size bed was great and the rest of the amenities (decent size fridge and microwave) were just what we needed as we usually bring our own food. I was able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast on the second morning which offered more than I expected. There was ample parking and the price for 2 nights was very reasonable!

To be honest, there wasn't really anything I didn't like! :-)

Close to event

Hotel has a very small and limited selection of snacks and the prices were so overpriced. $3 for a water, $7 reg bag of chips, no other items like toothbrush or Tylenol available. Also the hotel is surrounded by houseless people, not safe to walk at night, breakfast could’ve had more options….

The hotel was nice and met my expectations. The staff was attentive and friendly. It was very clean.

The breakfast sucked because it was not a hot breakfast with bacon, sausage, or scrambled eggs. It was breads and boiled eggs. I stayed for 5 days and stopped going to the breakfast once I realized it was the same everyday.

The bed is very comfortable

The internet was not working in my room, I notified the reception of the daytime period twice and they didn’t care, when we are going to book it is described that there is Wi-Fi. The extremely weak breakfast
