It was clean, great front desk staff, shuttle driver was awesome and great location.

The bar staff was terrible, we had to remind her about our good order, my husband went and picked it up from the bar and then she didn’t even give him napkins with the wings. I reminded her about it but she never brought them again I had to follow them myself. When it came to paying the bill my husband followed her at the bar and gave her his credit card she came back 10 minutes later with the bill and no credit card, my husband told her that she had his card. It took her 15 minutes to bring it back.

Very easy to get to from the airport, using the Aloft Shuttle, driver helpful and polite. Erin at check-in was especially welcoming and attentive, which was appreciated as I have a hearing impairment. She spoke clearly and set everything up for a perfect first night after a long convoluted flight from Australia, with multiple connections, and suffering from severe fatigue. The room was comfortable, well designed and ideal for getting undisturbed sleep, so that I was well on the way to getting over jetlag and having a productive business trip! Thanks again!

This hotel was awesome! The inside looks new and updated to include the lobby, hallways, rooms, etc. Even the outside was well maintained. The staff was also exceptional! The girls at the front desk were so nice and helpful. They loved our dog! The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful! The location of this hotel was convenient for us. It's close to the airport and rental car companies. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I can think of that we didn't enjoy are the pillows, but I feel like that is more of a preference thing than a fault of the hotel.

Super conveniently located near the airport (important because Seatac is INSANE-- if you have a rental car, get to the airport at LEAST 2 hours early). Well decorated and clean. There is a nice lounge area with games and an onsite bar. Parking onsite is in a parking garage; the gate wasn't working with our keys, and the staff comped us breakfast for the inconvenience (breakfast not included in the price of the hotel). Coffee is free.

Breakfast is not included-- there is selection of convenience store style items like smoothies and cereal, and also some heated options like breakfast sandwiches.

Malasia, who checked us in, was lovely, and didn't bat an eye at my request for three extra blankets (don't ask). The room was bigger than I expected, with lots of floor space, desk space, even space for extra people to sit if you were having a meeting in your room. (Though I personally wasn't traveling for work.) Plenty of parking (we had a rental car we hadn't yet returned) and you could take the elevator straight from the garage to the floor you were on. I also liked that you didn't have to use your room key in the elevator.

You could hear the nearby tram go by, though my husband says it knocked off about midnight. I was already asleep in spite of the tram. The only breakfast available consisted of prepared foods that you could buy, though they were willing to heat them for you. But you couldn't sit down and eat, you had to grab the food and go eat it somewhere else. We ate at the Denny's around the corner.

Loved the facility. Pulled off “boutique” well. The room was great- stylish and clean and with great pillows. Temperature and lighting were spot on.

Location is great, but be forewarned it is literally UNDER the light rail. I thought planes were taking off right above me but it was trains. The bar was closed on Christmas and Christmas Eve. I understand giving folks the nights off for family time, but travelers being forced to travel on those days might REALLY need that camaraderie. I chose this hotel specifically because it had a bar, thinking nearby establishments would be closed. They were, as was the hotel bar. You can’t tell me that at least one employee would have volunteered for holiday pay.

Great! Awesome value. Highly recommend. Super social hotel with large nice hang out spaces on the first floor. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, which is so rare for a airport hotel. Good food and drink. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Staff were super cool and friendly. Also there are trails that can be walked on not too far away. Place to stay again as soon as possible. Also nice gym.

I was greeted by Grace at the front desk who welcomed me and provided me with information about the property...she was very professional and courteous and very outgoing...you could tell she enjoys her job. I travel often and have never been greeted by anyone like Grace. I will definitely return to your property and will encourage my constituents to do the same...

Nice room, spacious, modern design, all essentials, nice lobby with bar, games, although I didn't use it. Beds comfortable. Occasional slight noise from planes, but mostly quiet.

Heating/cooling controls not intuitive. Very frustrating to set. I like to have a constant fan for white noise but couldn't get any fan noise despite setting on high. The breakfast items were all for purchase and overpriced, so we ate elsewhere.

I had never been at an Aloft property and was pleasantly surprised. The check in was easy and the staff was so helpful and kind. The room was immaculate, the temperature was perfect (no AC noise), there was a smart tv, and the bed was super comfortable and linens so soft. Great stay, I'll certainly be back.
