they offered a nice breakfast that had fruit, cold cereal and hot instant cereal, and fresh hot waffles. There was also a selection of juices, apple, orange, and cranberry. The room was satisfactory, clean but showed its age. It was comfortable and had a nice waiting area with coffee , hot tea, and hot instant cocoa. It was a plus to have a shuttle to and from the airport. There is also a mall shuttle that offers rides on a regular schedule from area hotels with a reservation made at the front desk. Some restaurants within walking distance too.

there was a little confusion with the airport shuttle reservation. It all worked out though. We scheduled a pick up, but when the time came for the ride, they couldn't find our reservation. Luckily there was room on the shuttle.

This hotel is ALWAYS a pleasure to stay in. Always clean and pleasant. The staff is AMAZING and always willing to help in any way possible. They always give valuable information on where to go and how to get there when you have spare time to explore the city. Massage chairs in the lobby..and my favorite...fresh lemon water. A special Thank you to Tanya for all of your help. ( please give her a raise and a promotion) she goes above and beyond for every customer that comes into that hotel. This is a hard thing to do.. a rare talent.

The snow LoL ..but we got through it.

Very friendly Staff, comfortable beds, nice room, & good breakfast: Delicious link sausage, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, cereal, milk, juice, etc

Unfortunately, there is not an adequate sound buffer: Guests in the room immediately above ours began walking & running with heavy steps from about 9:30 p.m. til midnight; &, resumed at about 4:00 a.m. At times the resulting vibration was so powerful that it sounded as though someone was attempting to get into our room; as the locking mechanism rattled, loudly. Former guests had damaged one of walls in the room; along with the inside of the door to the restroom. Makeshift repairs had been accomplished: That is on guests who obviously had very lousy attitudes.

The room was a good size with a nice bathroom/shower. The TV, WiFi and coffee machine all worked well. The reception staff were friendly and the shuttle bus was great.

The breakfast was very underwhelming. Only half the toaster worked so only one side of the bread browned and the juice machine wasn't working. Some protein such as hard boiled eggs or ham would have been nice.

Convenient, clean, spacious, quiet

Very thin blanket on bed. I couldn't find any others in the room, and it was way too late for housekeeping (1 a.m.). I slept in a fleece jacket. Many food options except if you're gluten intolerant. Food such as sausage should be labeled as having wheat. Ouch.- that didn't work out for me. For gf there were scrambled eggs, yogurt, and juice as only options. A gf cereal would be great.

The room was comfortably furnished. I especially liked the comfortable side chair! And the bed was a welcome respite after a long day. The proximity to the airport was a real plus too. The desk staff was very nice and helpful as was our shuttle driver to the airport.

The ramp out front was very steep for a wheelchair and luggage cart. I very much doubt if it is to code.

Missing my connection at SeaTac, I needed a place to rest that provided a shuttle. Quality Inn offers airport transportation 24 hours! The overnight staff was pleasant and thorough, cheerfully checking in a line of weary travelers at midnight. Shoutout to Shane ( or Shad??) Everything was clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable! They had toothpaste that I needed, and a variety of breakfast offerings, too. Perfect resting spot for a quick rest before catching my next flight 😉

The sheets are microfiber, the coffee was mediocre.

It was within walking distance from the airport. I took their free shuttle back to the airport and it dropped me off right at the correct gate.

The hotel is old and so it shows a little wear. I was asleep most of the time and didn't notice this. The guest in the adjoining room could be heard when walking about. This was only a tiny bother.

It is close to the airport and the have a shuttle. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. It was close to a couple of places to eat. We arrived after 10:00 p.m. and walked to an 24 hour restaurant.

It was expensive, well out of the price range compared to the same class hotels in the same airport location. The facilities were dated as well. But we booked late and everything else was sold out.

Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the breakfast was. There was a good variety of foods and fruits, such as scrambled eggs, fresh waffles, fruits, and coffee. What I look for in a hotel is cleanliness, easy access, and free airport shuttle, and all of these were included in this Quality Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time.
