The location was perfect for what we needed to wrap up before leaving town. We sold our house and needed a place to land for a few days to recuperate! The room was good sized, with a small kitchenette , and we were in a comfortable space for the 2 of us and our 2 wary cats!

The fan in the bathroom wasn't working.... not a great thing; but we decided it was too much trouble to move everything. Also, we asked for a quiet room, however, it sounded like construction was going on and an elephant was stomping over us! That made it a little more typical of a motel. Disappointed about that.

Clean & quiet location. Nice laundry facilities. Loved the kitchenette. We were able to bring back leftovers from meals & keep breakfast items & dairy cold. Comfortable lounge chair & desk chair.

Neighbors were loud through the adjoining rooms door. The bathroom fan stayed on all the time, which the front desk told us was normal, but I’m not sure about that.

big bottles of creamer for coffee should be refrigerated!! when sitting out 24 7 it becomes VERY thick and not pleasant. front staff.. one was very pleasant and conversed the other not so much such as how was your trip enjoy your stay etc. what has happened to a smile.

We enjoyed having a kitchen in the room and everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Even though hotel is close to the freeway it seemed quiet. There is a Starbucks right next door.

They nickel and dime you for anything extra. For example if you need toothpaste, they will charge you for that while most hotels are free. Also there’s no pool or hot tub. Also no complimentary breakfast.

Loved the fantastic customer service! We also liked that we had a small kitchen area with a good-sized fridge. Super comfortable bed and pillows. That reclining chair was great, too! Awesome restroom. Location was great too!

Wish the knives were a tad bit shaper to make it easy to cut food. The side table by the recliner was sticky, so we cleaned that up.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen.

The ceiling light above in the kitchen area has a flickering light, the wall switch plate in the bathroom is sticking out from the wall (safety issue) and one outlet in the bedroom where the floor lamp is plugged in does not work.

The staff was courteous, the facilities were clean, and the surroundings were quiet. I thought it would be hard to park, given how there's a competing hotel literally right next door, but no, parking was easy.

I would have loved some breakfast. But I understand the decision to not offer it, given how it's an Extended Stay hotel.

As rated the location was central for our needs. It was clean and the staff were all very kind.

The only thing I saw a bit of an issue with is all front desk staff were on their phones and we had to get their attention at the front desk

Convenient location, and ideally situated to access Sunrise side of Mt Rainier.

The room had a very strong smell of cleaning products that required us to keep the window open for the majority of our 2 night stay.
