The hotel is on between several busy streets, close to on-ramps to drive north or south on Interstate 5. I t is not really a walk-able area, it is far removed from the center of town, which is a series of malls and retail buildings, and it is near yet another strip mall. I chose the hotel because it is one half way between Tacoma and Seattle, and I have friends and relatives in both. A car rental is necessary for this location.

The first car rental company, but I already gave them a bad review, so I will not mention their name here.

When I entered I was welcomed in, I started to explain that I was there early to set up for a surprise birthday stay for my boyfriend and not only received a FREE UPGRADE but they also waved my deposit for the room as well were only going to be there for one night. Truly made the small get away gift and turned it into a spa get away with the jacuzzi in the room!

The bed was highly uncomfortable and felt like I was laying directly on the springs but it was one night

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility was just fine considering it was a home away from home, not expected to be on par with home. All in all, good enough...

Nothing major. The settings on the room heater caused it to cycle off and on more than seemed to be necessary. A little disruptive in the middle of the night.

Breakfast complimentary is average the pool is super fun to swim in what a great place

Hotspot was under construction or not working not sure water bottles are $4 to 375 there's no way to grab water anywhere only ice that's only on the first floor.

I real estate is all about location location location is great. This variety of places to go. Breakfast is fine and acceptable. I find this place. Great.

This place has everything you need …there is not comment about period.. I really like this place

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was sumptuous. The day-shift front desk staff member was very hospitable, friendly, and professional.

The employee working the afternoon shift requires a great deal more hospitality training.

The staff were excellent helping us out with our financial situation....our cc was cancelled due to fraud. They were extremely helpful & we highly appreciated that

Breakfast was excellent and the cook was really nice. The room was too small, however for all the people who came to eat.

The bed in my room (113) was worn out; with a big dip in the center. I could tell it originally was a very comfortable bed, but at this point the bed makes noise when I moved around and by the time I left after 5 nights, my lower back was killing me.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful；the room is so clean and comfortable；the hotel is located near restaurants and supermarket；the breakfast is well prepared.
