My reservation dates got mixed up somehow. Not only was the Front Desk Lady super sweet and professional to my rather frustrating situation, she got it all figured out for me, so by the time I called the Manager(also super sweet and professional) the next AM, the issue had already been resolved and my money was refunded. I am grateful for this establishment; not every Hotel chain is understanding, especially to us Solo Travelers booking through 3rd parties.. Thanks Days Inn 🌷

Staff at the desk was very nice and welcoming. When I was checking out, I forgot to get my hat, and when I tried to go back, the keys didn't work because they were deactivated by 11am. But the desk man was kind enough to give me a temp key to get in and retrieve my hat! Solid place for a night stay for sure!

Bathrooms a bit run down and toilets slightly tilted but otherwise fine.

Location and value were excellent. The rooms were clean. Beds, bedding and pillows were very nice. It had a large fridge, small microwave and there were lots of TV channels available.

Facility was dated, but clean. Kinda noisy being right off the highway. You could only turn right out of the parking lot, but you could make a u-turn at the first light.

The rooms were nice size and very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing and friendly. Very helpful and inviting. my family loved it here and will be back.

There's nothing to not like about the place. It's quiet , everyone including staff are respectful and will work with you..

All the staff were so helpful and kind. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. I REALLY appreciated them. liked the breakfast, which was handed to me in a bag and had a variety of complementary foods and beverages.

It was great. The facilities in general could use a facelift

Days Inn Federal Way has the best staff and the location is ideal. My cat absolutely loves the place, every time we come here, he relaxes like he is at home and so does the rest of the family. It’s welcoming, we love this hotel.

Staff is friendly rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the staff ,always getting our request handled quickly.

Air conditioner wasn't working was a little warm. No refrigerator had to request.

WiFi good, food choices close by, easy to get to. Good water pressure. Comfortable room. In room coffee maker, frig, microwave. Easy check in. Lots of parking.

Breakfast options not as nice as other Days Inn, but good and available early.

The staff, from the manager to the housekeepers everyone always goes above and beyond for their guests and they always make it feel like home.

It’s not dirty and it’s in a convenient spot, the hotel is very welcoming and has a home feel to it. This is where my family and I always choose to stay.
