Clean and tidy and decent sized room. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Nothing special, but good value for money. We stayed after flying in late and it was an easy drive from Sea-Tac, and the location made our drive to Mount Rainier the next morning super easy. Breakfast is simple, but great to have available there as there aren’t heaps of options locally.

It’s right in a train line and can be a little loud if sensitive to noise, but it’s not terrible. Disturbed my sleep a bit, but the baby slept right through it.

Nice location near everything and loved the 24hr door access and more than one entrance and exit. Room was very nice and great size. bed was comfortable and loved the fluffy pillows. Very nice furniture and lights. the soap shampoos and conditioners were bigger than expected so that was a plus! Didn’t get to try out the breakfast but heard it was good with lots of variety to choose from.

only thing is the tv in my room had a line across it as if the screen had a crack but didn’t take away from watching. Wasn’t sure if there was a hot tub as I didn’t check out the pool. other than that nothing i didn’t like.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good and well organized. It's a newer hotel so everything is in great condition.

More than doubling the price because Halsey had her show nearby was really disappointing. We ended up having to pay 450 Canadian just for one night. The hotel was fine but one night in an industrial small town at that price is unhinged.

The breakfast was expansive and great, I appreciated the variety and hot and cold options. The food was fresh and the cook was out and about keeping things full and being friendly

There was nothing I didn't like - it was a great stay, maybe a bit too much road noise but nothing terrible, comfortable, well appointed rooms, no bathtub in my room, but a great shower. GREAT shower head. Lovely lighting throughout the room, great designation of space

We enjoyed our one night stay and the staff were all so nice and friendly.

Even though we reserve our room for one night and got in late from traveling, we got a noise complaint. My kids were sitting in a car for three hours straight so they were a little happy when we finally arrived. I think family arrival times should be more considerate.

- If you use GoogleMaps for navigating, it can be a bit problematic to catch the driveway to the hotel - depending on which direction you arrive from (here: coming from the outlets). - Life in plastic, it's not fantastic. The hotel, actually the hotel chain really needs to take steps to reduce the waste generated at breakfast and become more environmentally sustainable.

It’s a new hotel and was nice. They had a good breakfast which varied each day since we stayed multiple days. Easy access to the freeway but it’s in more of an industrial area.

The only hang up we had was we arrived late on our first night and they had been overbooked. Thankfully we had prepaid so we had a room held for us. Just keep that in mind when booking.

The location was good for our purposes. I liked the shower was hot and not complicated like they can be in some hotels. Parking was easy and never too crowded.

No guide for the TV channels in the room or that we could find on the TV itself.

The overall stay was great and the staff was awesome. The bed was so comfy and the PILLOWS!! It was a great location too!

The only thing that sucked was there is a train yard across the street and they offload at night so if you aren’t used to that noise it would be hard to sleep. They do provide ear plugs though

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean rooms and public areas.

The least attractive aspect of the hotel is the location. It is near numerous train tracks and the only way out of the parking lot (by car) is to the right which leads you away from the highways.
