Great breakfast selection. Choices tasted good too! Travis was amazing! He was observed handling a rush of check-ins with a friendly, helpful spirit. No other staff was present to assist. He managed check-ins, unlocked the kitchen for a delivery, assisted a lady on the phone enquiring about a meeting place, and rectified my non-working room key all while maintaining a great presence! You are fortunate to have him representing your establishment!

The TV screen was dark and we were unable to find an adjustment for it. Not a big deal but...

A very nice place in an excellent location close to highway and shopping/restaurants. The new Sound Transit line is being completed next door which will make this even better. The adjacent highway noise was not a factor due to good soundproofing. Very nice breakfast to boot!

There were a few maintenance issues with our room but the hotel staff seemed intent on fixing them.

Read some bad reviews previously however found it quite safe. There were some shady people in the car park however the hotel had after hours card access only and was busy enough to feel safe. There was also a security car patrolling the car park regularly which seemed to keep the law breakers away. Staff very friendly and personable.

No vending machines in the property, had to walk 500metres to a fast food store for a drink.

Nicole was very accommodating and excellent guest services. Always aware of guests arriving and leaving Hotel. Very friendly. Breakfast was delish everyone loved the potatoes.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and breakfast concierge were excellent! Room was spacious and comfortable.

The blackout drapes cord wasn't working so we couldn't let the daylight in.
