Stayed here while traveling for a concert since it's near the Tacoma Dome, could not have been more satisfied! Staff was exceptional, kind, and caring. Our room as well as everything leading there was perfectly clean, with plenty of great amenities to keep us happy during our stay. Beds were mega comfy and felt like home. The complimentary breakfast was also the best I've seen out of any hotel, 100% worth the visit! Almost wish I could've just stayed longer for fun!

View from the window was some building surrounded by work trucks, but the view wasn't important to us anyway and the sound was never intrusive! Probably the only negative thing I could say about the place.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful for all my needs. I would definitely stay here again. It's 35 to 45 mins south of Seattle, but, you do have Walmart, restaurants, and other shopping less than 2 miles away. They have coffee available 24-7 near the front desk, and a laundry room also. For breakfast, they had eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, and waffles. They also had cereal and other morning sweets available.

It's a little bit of a drive to downtown Seattle, but close enough from the airport.

The lady at check-in was amazing. We thought we booked 2 rooms but didn't get two rooms until she fixed it for us. We went swimming and used the hot tub, it was amazing. The rooms were joining and very clean. Breakfast had an excellent variety and was very good. Everything was wonderful. We never had any issues. We would have liked to have had a bigger trash can do to the fact we had so many people in the room for 3 days and trash was only emptied 1 time, but that's our fault. 😄

There really wasn't anything else that I didn't like. We have stayed at this property several times because they are so wonderful for the price!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place! Everybody was so nice, the room was awesome! It looked great , it did not smell, it was clean, it was very up kept, and I love the look of mid-century with postmodern for furniture design, very big shower, comfy bed, TV , and awesome complimentary continental breakfast:) I wish I had more time to use the pool and sauna but next trip! The only thing I wish was a little bit bigger ( this is just personal preference because I love working out ) is a bigger weight room with a little more selection. But besides, that I love my stay it was fantastic and my cousin did too! The staff was very friendly ! All deserve raises!

Firstly, I can't remember her name, but the front desk clerk with the lip ring was very nice. I got in a couple hours early. She had them prioritize my room to get it ready so I could check in early. Then she helped another woman who had an issue and was very professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were clean. The complementary breakfast is very good value. They have everything you need for a balanced meal and it doesn't feel cheap.

Check-in was easy, and the clerk was kind and helpful. The room was very clean. I got to park up front by the office which helped with security issues. I was told right up front that the bottom floor is reserved for people with pets so I took a second floor room.

There was no freezer in the fridge to freeze my water bottle for my cooler. I noticed that the peephole was open so I closed it as soon as I noticed that! People next door were fighting most of the night...8-( Breakfast tator tots were hard but there was a large selection of foods to choose from.

Large rooms with good lighting. Plenty of outlets. Staff was wonderful. Loved the vanity lighting Nice variety and lots of selections for breakfast

Thin walls - can hear the "neighbors" Thankfully, everyone settled in at a decent time. Difficult to regulate the temperature in the shower. It would take a while to get hot, then get super hot, then cool off with no adjustment from us. Over and over

The room was huge for a single King room! The fridge was huge ! (Shoulder height) the room even had a kitchenette with a sink and cupboards .It had a spare basin outside the bathroom incase someone was busy in the bathroom. The room was way better than what I expected and it will be the only place I’m staying at when I travel there again. Thank you Comfort Inn !!

Bed was very comfortable with nice towels and linens. It was clean and nice and roomy. All of work crews were very accommodating and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous.

Shower water didnt come out like I like a shower, but it was nice shower. Toilet seat was a little loose and the air conditioner would only work for 5 minutes then shut off and wouldnt come back on, so it heat of summer we were miserable trying to sleep in such hot room.

Breakfast was very good for being included in the price and you had a good variety of food.

My room location was not the best. It was room 119 right across from the ice maker and every morning it was being used very very early, which was a little annoying.. I think the machine should be in the lobby not to disturb any of the guest.
