I liked being able to make my own food. I liked the full refrigerator. I really thought the staff was very friendly. We stayed for six days. The first room we had was very clean and nice. Then after we left there was a family emergency and we had to come back. We were grateful for a room for a couple of days.

When we came back, the room we were given was not clean. There was no dust and the basics were done. But the walls were sticky and dirty. (We washed some of them) The front of the refrigerator was sticky. The blanket and bed spread had cigarette holes in them. We didn’t report it because when we reported something before, they didn’t understand what was wrong. So we just didn’t report it.

Ample parking, easy check-in process, and great, friendly staff. We will absolutely look to come back and book here again if we need to. Would recommend for anyone, especially those with kids and pets. AC was brand new and worked really well for an otherwise unbearably muggy night.

The spinning thing in the microwave didn't work, so our food cooked unevenly, and the bed was EXTREMELY squeaky and loud, almost comically so. The door handle to the room also only worked 100% of the time when you pulled up rather than pushing down, but the issues were extremely minor in the long run. Bed was plenty comfortable to sleep on anyway.

It was a smooth process checking in. When u check out just bring the keys to front desk.

Had to initial a lot of different places on form. It’s $250 if smoke or vape inside room. There was a $100 deposit fully refundable but it shouldn’t be that high for deposit maybe $50 but $100 is too high to ask for that hotel. The high priced hotels don’t charge but $50 and u get it right away not 7 days later.

This room served our needs. Anything we needed was available from the microwave to a clean refrigerator! Staff was out maintaining the parking lot and ensuring the rooms were made available for new guests.

Nothing to dislike. The room was quiet and comforting. Did wish for available silverware but not an issue. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff were all exceptional. I'm disabled so sometimes I require more care and the staff never made me feel like I was bothering them or that I was needing too many things.

While the room was very clean, it is outdated. Giving the first glance makes it appear unclean.

Room was great for a single night. If you’re doing extended stay, bring your own utensils/cook wear. You have a full sized fridge/freezer, two burner stove and small oven. But no plates, pots/pans, utensils etc. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Had no issues sleeping through the night, on the bottom floor.

No cooking items. Bed sheets had some stains on them (we had our own blankets, so it didn’t affect us).

The room was clean, good storage. Staff was very helpful, understanding and overall friendly. The prices were fair and affordable for the week stay. Will definitely be a return customer.

Otherwise, all was well.

Room was clean, but there were some stuck items (paper & glue stuff) on the floor near the bed which should have been scraped up during cleaning. Had a problem with the heater (very noisy), but maintenance is not there on the weekend. Seemed responsive to the problem and next guest should be fine.

How long it has taken for my first deposit to get back to me.. and the fact that I had to pay a deposit 2 separate times even though I stayed in the same room.. other than those two things great place to stay and very comfortable and the staff is very nice 🙂

Had large refrigerator and stove with microwave for me to save money and make meals. I had to extend my stay and they were great accommodating me.
