Great hotel, great breakfast, great staff, great pool and hot tub, great stay. Only thing is the AC units need some work. They can make loud janky noises at times, and some of them don’t have an option to keep the fan going at all times if you like white noise to sleep to. I had an awesome staff member help me change rooms due to the AC noise, but the next one had at times just as noisy sounds coming out of it and had some control problems. Other than that, good stay.

Such a great property! Where to start? We came in town for the week due to a family member getting discharged from Good Sam (yay) and needed a location close to the hospital, this hotel was a perfect fit. PLUS dog friendly was a must because we couldn't leave our fur babies home for the week by themselves. So while I was at hospital, my husband was with the dogs in the room, or walking them around the nice parking lot, or out and about exploring the many stores nearby. Could hardly tell there were other dogs in the building, very quiet, rooms seem great, like there have been no pet accidents in them. Beds were comfy, shower good size and in good condition, and room setup had enough room next to bed for the dogs to lay on their beds/blankets on the floor. They had Denny's restaurant right next door which was good (I'm a breakfast person haha, breakfast for dinner is always a good choice in my opinion) talking about breakfast- I was very satisfied with the hotels breakfast options (at previous differnt hotel property stays it would be limited options and the same options each day, so having a variety each morning was a wonderful treat), they had a different style of eggs, potatoes and a meat everyday -my fav was like an egg cheese omelet folded option and some crispy potatoes. As well as waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, water, coffee, bagels, and a fridge of options too. Very happy overall with the breakfast choices. Oh! They always had fresh cookies too in the lobby at night... or after 1pm i think, i can't remember but regardless the cookies were a very good treat especially on new years Eve. They had a pool for sure and maybe a hot tube I can't remember, sadly couldn't use it because we had our fur babies and couldn't leave them alone in the room, but if we travel here again and happen to not have our dogs with us, we will definitely be using the pool. Great staff, helpful and kind.

Breakfast was great, HUGE selection. Only thing that would be better would be more hot food and Real eggs.

The bed was really hard in the king suite. And had a do not disturb hanger on door and kept getting knocked and disturbed. Front desk said they'd talk to the cleaning staff. And it's really hard to get into the jetted tub. There's a really high wall you have to get over to get in. There's no separate shower either so if you have any handicap, involving range of motion I'd think twice about renting this one. I couldn't use it like I wanted.

Amazing stay !!!! Super friendly staff. I stayed here with my 3 kids from California and it’s a safe location and amazing staff. Breakfast was amazing, the waffle maker has the hotel logo :) kids loved that. Breakfast switches up day to day. Gym was amazing. Pool and hot tub are indoors, clean with pool toys and goggles provided. My kids enjoyed hunting for gems from the treasure box. Laundry on site 2 dollar wash and dollar dry with soap and dryer sheets for $1 at the lobby desk. Fresh cookies in the afternoon and a coffee machine in the lobby for all day cappuccino coffees teas and hot chocolate. Amazing!!!

Pool is 4 feet deep, which is probably a pro for families with little ones :)

We took this room as it is close to Rainer Mt. National park - not close about 1.5 hour drive. we didn't go to Mt Rainer. Front desk helped us with what to do as it was our last day of vacation and we had a flight late night. Seattle is not so far (less than 30 minutes) and we went there according to front desk suggestions and enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, Room was big and comfortable. Bed was OK. It was good for us as a place for last night of our (long) vacation. It is also not far from SEA TAC airport

Swimming pool is not so big but there is also a hot tub.

The remodel was fabulous. The continental breakfast was great. The staff was always restocking and cleaning the tables. Excellent menu and variety. Keith the desk staff was very personable and professional.

The curtains in the rooms could be shorter to allow the air conditioner vent to have clearance. The curtains blocked the vent.

We liked the following: good location, pleasant staff, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice sitting area for breakfast, decent breakfast selection, plug in bedside lamp for CPAP and phone charger.

We did not like: the loud AcC unit in room and a blinking green LED that added light to the room at night and decent, but not great, blackout curtain.

Location is great to get to the Fairgrounds for the goodguys car show. Complimentary Breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean. The renovated area for breakfast off the lobby is nice and very tidy. The staff were great and replenished often. Afternoon cookies is a nice touch! New Reno’s are really nice!

Breakfast was typical but on point. Breakfast staff was extremely helpful and nice.

On 5-31-25 the pool must have been heavily chlorinated (double dose?) it was so bad!

The staff was super friendly. The pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

It’s a little old and there’s some mold in the corners of the bathroom, but they are in the process of fixing it up. The beds are kind of lumpy too.
