Love it the front desk ladies are awesome (Except for new lady who calls the boss about everything) or questions customers

They have some rooms that need to be updated like 119 needs a new mattress, 217 they need an air conditioning unit that doesn’t blow out cold and warm air at the same time. The second building they need update and make the air conditioning units up to date. Being questioned by the front desk new gal and then the owner.

This place always surprises me. You wouldn't think it would be very nice compared to what's only blocks away, but I feel totally comfortable & safe here. The rooms are clean, the bedding smells fresh & clean. My only complaint is no complaints. I will keep coming back as long as there is a room available , thank you to all the staff

There was nothing I didn't like. If they had more of a breakfast, that would be great, but I just go to one of the local restaurants or grocery stores. A hotel is for resting not eating

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

We were at the far end and it would take 18 minutes or more to get hot water! When I mentioned- 2 different times- I got the reply of “it takes awhile, just let it run”. The irony is that they have a low pressure shower head to save water and yet they want me to run the water 20 minutes just to have hot water to wash my face?

The price is great, and so are the staff. Clean rooms, and have never heard any commotion or problems with neighbors or in the parking lot. I stay here when I come up to visit family every month. Best value in Puyallup

The shower heads are the standard, low flow, motel type. There is great water pressure, but the shower is meh. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. This is my favorite place to stay in Puyallup

For being a "vintage" motel, the rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable, great hot water and nice shower. I will stay again.

Having a kitchenette was great, but a kitchen towel, sauce pan or skillet would have been helpful. Sadly it would probably get stolen, but useful. There is nothing to be done about the location, but the freeway traffic noise does make having a window open not possible. It's audible in the room, but does get lighter during the night.

Room and bedding were clean and fresh. Parking adjacent to room. Bath tub, wall and sink counter were clean. Soaps and shampoos were quality. Will reserve a room again in future.

Bath towel and bathroom floor mat towel were wet on first bathroom visit. Cleaning staff replaced towels next day. Some moisture in wall board next to tub on tap end. Chair in room had spill stain from dark liquid on seat cussion.

Breakfast is a Grab & Go, but it exceeded my expectation. Location is good and the lady who checked me in is awesome. The lady is perfect for providing the service. Thank you.

It could have been better if I had an adapter to charge.my phone. A good lesson to remember.

I really enjoyed staying here. I found the hotel very comfortable. To my surprise, the bed was super comgortable even with the plasti covering it. The gal that checked me in was funny, knowledgeable and courteous. While it's not a 5 star hotel, it does rate 5 star in my book.i will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly. Beth was very efficient and kind during check in. The woman who checked us out was also very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the a/c and heater worked well.

I wish there would have been a couple of plates and bowls in the room.

Booking price was final price. It’s a older motel but for the price was better than expected.

It could just be me but I feeling like some but we’re all over me. Like bed bugs. Can’t confirm but that was my only complaint.
