The lady at check-in was amazing. We thought we booked 2 rooms but didn't get two rooms until she fixed it for us. We went swimming and used the hot tub, it was amazing. The rooms were joining and very clean. Breakfast had an excellent variety and was very good. Everything was wonderful. We never had any issues. We would have liked to have had a bigger trash can do to the fact we had so many people in the room for 3 days and trash was only emptied 1 time, but that's our fault. 😄

There really wasn't anything else that I didn't like. We have stayed at this property several times because they are so wonderful for the price!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place! Everybody was so nice, the room was awesome! It looked great , it did not smell, it was clean, it was very up kept, and I love the look of mid-century with postmodern for furniture design, very big shower, comfy bed, TV , and awesome complimentary continental breakfast:) I wish I had more time to use the pool and sauna but next trip! The only thing I wish was a little bit bigger ( this is just personal preference because I love working out ) is a bigger weight room with a little more selection. But besides, that I love my stay it was fantastic and my cousin did too! The staff was very friendly ! All deserve raises!

Check-in was easy, and the clerk was kind and helpful. The room was very clean. I got to park up front by the office which helped with security issues. I was told right up front that the bottom floor is reserved for people with pets so I took a second floor room.

There was no freezer in the fridge to freeze my water bottle for my cooler. I noticed that the peephole was open so I closed it as soon as I noticed that! People next door were fighting most of the night...8-( Breakfast tator tots were hard but there was a large selection of foods to choose from.

Bed was very comfortable with nice towels and linens. It was clean and nice and roomy. All of work crews were very accommodating and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous.

Shower water didnt come out like I like a shower, but it was nice shower. Toilet seat was a little loose and the air conditioner would only work for 5 minutes then shut off and wouldnt come back on, so it heat of summer we were miserable trying to sleep in such hot room.

The room was clean, staff was nice, location was okay for us, it's away from restaurants and shops. We know our way around, so it was convenient for us. My only problem was the bed was too high and very lumpy. But, I sleep on the floor anyway so my problem was solved. If you have a bad hip or lower back, these beds will only aggravate the problem. They charge an extra $50 for deposit, which you get back if the room was left without damage.

The lady was very nice at check in (I wish I got her name) very friendly with the lady who had her son and dog with her and a great conversationalist. When it was our turn, we received the same pleasant experience. We got to the breakfast place the next day, Monday at like 8:59am and we were not turned away! They still allowed us to come in and eat and even offered more orange juice since the container was out. No one was annoyed or mad that we stayed to eat breakfast. The ladies in there were awesome, friendly, and helpful!

The toilet paper was half on each one (there was two rolls) I felt like with 3 ladies staying in this hotel room another full roll could have been stored on the back of the toilet seat but I also had no problem asking for one when I saw the cleaning lady in the hall to ask for another.

It was very roomy, clean and the bed was really comfy... plus I love that they did away with the bathtub and just had a large walk in shower..... I never understood why they do the bath & shower combo... I never take a bath... but the large shower was nice. Gas station right next door, easy access to the Freeway... Dairy Queen right next door... the lobby was clean and the staff were wonderful. When I travel for another concert, I will be staying here again. Ive stayed at a few other places but this one takes the cake.

Water pressure...but Ive never been in a hotel that has strong water pressure.... its just a preference and I still got my huge thick hair clean. :)

Staff very attentive & caring, especially GM who left a hand written card and care package for me when I fell ill with a cold. Whenever I asked for extra linens, towels, tissues or anything I needed it was delivered, I felt well taken care of here.

Not me ~ however a fellow colleague had his truck broken into on first night. I’m sure staff helped him out yet so unfortunate. I noticed security vehicles on property after that.

Loved this hotel very much. The pool was refreshing after a day of exploring in the hot sun. The hot tub was relaxing for my achy joints and bones. The beds were so comfortable. I don't usually sleep well in hotels but I slept like a baby here.

Location wasn't great as it was in an industrial area and did not have any nice scenic views.

Comfortable bed, everything was clean, tv, mini fridge, microwave, staff was fantastic, felt safe

Breakfast lacked options for both gluten free and vegan options so the only thing I could eat was fruit, tater tots, and very sugary instant oatmeal. Shower was cold two out of the three mornings
