The hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable! They had good oat milk for coffee and for oatmeal!

Breakfast is not good for a vegetarian/vegan. Needed potatoes or fresh fruit like melons and grapes and berries. But the Big Problem, is no shuttle and costing us a hassle and $30 for a taxi one way. That was not expected and on one of your webpages, it said there was a shuttle - just like all the other hotels.

I did not like that the receptionist gave me a room with a shower when I specifically asked for a room with a tub. She also, told me breakfast was from 6am-10am, when in fact it’s only through the week day but on the weekends when I was there breakfast starts at 7am-10am. I also did not like that fact that she did not explain how to turn on the power in the room, I had to figure it out on my own.

Hotel, facilities, and room were very nice. Free shuttle for the airport was helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Link train station is an easy 2 or 3 block walk and you can get an all-day ticket for only several dollars...easy to get downtown, hop on and off, etc. There was a great Mexican restaurant a block or two down the road (but not much more). The hotel also gave us a menu for a good delivery pizza/Italian restaurant. Food was good, portions were huge, and prices were reasonable.

We weren't told that we needed to phone for a shuttle from the airport (this particular Marriott doesn't send shuttles every 15 minutes like the downtown Marriott) so we waited for about 40 minutes and finally called the hotel and they picked us up within 5 minutes. There is only one restaurant within walking distance.

The breakfast was minimal but good. The location seemed sketchy (all close to airport locations feel that way to me) BUT having the lake outside the facility was very nice.

The staff member who greeted me upon check in was very robotic but also very helpful. The staff member I saw when I left barely said anything. She finally did smile a bit when I said thank you. Overall, they could have been more welcoming/friendly.

Excellent staff and place to stay. Friendly people, great continental breakfast!! Very clean and welcoming. The assistant manger was great, friendly and helpful. The washer did not finish its cycle properly and the assistance manger came and assisted right away.

We liked that it was close to several eateries and very close to the airport.

We were disappointed about them not having a shuttle to the airport. We booked this property specifically because booking.com shows that this property has an airport shuttle. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t. It greatly affected the logistics of our dining and getting to the airport.

The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff made sure we knew where things we might need could be found. The gym was clean and well-equipped.

The room was perfect except the knocking sound from the fridge, and whoever was moving something large above us. I didn't specify a quiet room and it wasn't.

The breakfast was OK. Cheese cooked into the scrambled eggs would have been a nice touch. Great view from my room to the east over Angle Lake.

Someone cooking set off a fire alarm at midnight necessitating evacuation out into the cool damp night(certainly not the motel's fault).

Clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious rooms. The hotel grounds were quiet and provided a good nights sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with everything.

A little on the higher side price wise, and very very incidentals to show for it. Breakfast was good, but lacked variety. You have to pay for parking. No airport shuttle!

Great location close to the airport. We were able to use the light rail to get around, within walking distance to use and cheaper than an Uber, Lyft,or Taxi to get to downtown areas to see Pike Place Market and Space Needle

No business center computer or printer available for guests. No free Wifi that you sometimes get when staying in hotels.
