The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating! The room was stocked well with necessities. Whenever we asked for extra towels or toiletries, they were always generous. The lobby, gym, overall facility was super clean and well-maintained. Water pressure was great. Best shower in a hotel!

The dishes provided in the kitchenette were dirty, especially the glasses. Housekeeping was exceptionally nice but they never came even though they insisted they were on their way. Coffee provided in the room...terrible.

The facilities were well thought out and the complementary breakfast was great. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport.

I did not like the beds and the pillows. Even though we have a king size bed, the mattress was way too soft and the pillows as well. They were not any harder pillows to choose from and I got a terrible night sleep on both nights because of this. So did my sister who was also sleeping next to me.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable! They had good oat milk for coffee and for oatmeal!

Breakfast is not good for a vegetarian/vegan. Needed potatoes or fresh fruit like melons and grapes and berries. But the Big Problem, is no shuttle and costing us a hassle and $30 for a taxi one way. That was not expected and on one of your webpages, it said there was a shuttle - just like all the other hotels.

I like the room alot I stayed in a king studio

I did not like that the receptionist gave me a room with a shower when I specifically asked for a room with a tub. She also, told me breakfast was from 6am-10am, when in fact it’s only through the week day but on the weekends when I was there breakfast starts at 7am-10am. I also did not like that fact that she did not explain how to turn on the power in the room, I had to figure it out on my own.

We love to stay here, the staff is very friendly, It’s near public transport, it has kitchen and all we need as a traveller far from home It is also near the lake, so pretty to walk in the morning

Hmmm.. the bed is a bit small. We book a room for 4 people, one sleep in sofa, three should be in bed, but the bed too small for three people

Airport pick up was convenient, room size was good, bathroom was large, room was clean. Nice to have washer and driver available.

Our sofa cushions were sagging and to uncomfortable to sit on, needs to be replaced; for an airport hotel breakfast should be available earlier or at least offer some basic muffins, fruit to take with you

The breakfast was minimal but good. The location seemed sketchy (all close to airport locations feel that way to me) BUT having the lake outside the facility was very nice.

The staff member who greeted me upon check in was very robotic but also very helpful. The staff member I saw when I left barely said anything. She finally did smile a bit when I said thank you. Overall, they could have been more welcoming/friendly.

The treatment from staff was very good, answers from staff were prompt. The King-sized bed was super perfect. I just wished we had had more time in it! It was a short stay ( late night flight). Thank-you so so much.

Hotel, facilities, and room were very nice. Free shuttle for the airport was helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Link train station is an easy 2 or 3 block walk and you can get an all-day ticket for only several dollars...easy to get downtown, hop on and off, etc. There was a great Mexican restaurant a block or two down the road (but not much more). The hotel also gave us a menu for a good delivery pizza/Italian restaurant. Food was good, portions were huge, and prices were reasonable.

We weren't told that we needed to phone for a shuttle from the airport (this particular Marriott doesn't send shuttles every 15 minutes like the downtown Marriott) so we waited for about 40 minutes and finally called the hotel and they picked us up within 5 minutes. There is only one restaurant within walking distance.

The location was perfect as we were headed to the airport at 3 a.m. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were unable to stay for breakfast due to the timing of our flight home to Pennsylvania. The view of the lake between the trees was there, and honestly, we didn't have much time to really explore.
