1. Advertised indoor pool was closed for maintenance for a long time but no warning during booking (I specifically selected pool and airport shuttle in the filters during booking) 2. It took 3 in app messages and a phone call from Hilton bus driver to order the shuttle from the airport, because the listed hotel phone number didn’t work for me. I had to wait for 2 hours at the airport with children, while during booking I specifically wrote a message that we need shuttle. The booking was confirmed immediately, but I never got a response to any of my messages And airport landline shuttle bus phones don’t work.

The smaller king suite was perfect for a stay longer than an overnight. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, as well as a separate sitting area with TV. Plenty of parking, quick access to Southcenter Mall area and Trader Joe’s in Burien. Breakfast was quite good, and the commons area was very nice - large and airy. The room on the third floor of the back building was very quiet.

No towel racks - just one hook on the back of the bathroom door and no shower curtain so nowhere to hang up two towels. Not sure what they expect you to do with wet towels when housekeeping comes only every 3 days. I’d like to reuse the towels anyway - and did - but we had to drape one over the toilet or a chair to dry out. Also, no obvious recycling areas. There’s only one elevator for the back building and it had multiple service problems. Twice we waited for it come and people inside got stuck - staff had to do something to get the elevator to the ground floor and let them out. Too bad the two buildings don’t connect so you can’t use the front elevator to get to the back building when needed.

I liked the location, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to see all day beverages available in the lobby with the additional cookies treat in the afternoons. Breakfast was a good selection for most people but not me. The addition of a Gluten Free bread available on request would have made it outstanding. All I could eat was eat and fruit. The airport transfer was great and Dsle the driver was very entertaining with his story telling. We had to laugh when he dropped us off for Alaska Air and there was another person doing the same, who refrained from stating her destination when asked during the morning’s story. Hahaha

The pool heater was in repair. I booked it so I could swim. It was a tad cool.

The reception staff was lovely and helpful. We upgraded (for $10) to a superior room, in the back wing. Our room was spacious, new, and spotless, with a comfortable king size bed. We left before the breakfast service, and bagged snacks were supplied. The airport shuttle was efficient and on-time. We were recommended a great dinner restaurant, walking distance from the hotel. This is a great airport hotel!

As with any airport hotel (they are all on the same street), you can hear airplanes, and you do hear people coming and going at various hours. This is to be expected in an airport hotel.

The rooms were very clean. I booked a large room for 3 adults because our grandson had to be at the airport at 3:00 AM and the roads were going to be icey for the drive. We dropped him off and returned to the room for more sleep. We didn't partake of the complimentary breakfast but it did look good when I went to get some coffee and jiuce for us. Overall, it was a good stay.

We chose this hotel because of the reviews, location and indoor pool. I was disappointed when I walked down to the pool and saw the closed for repairs sign on the door. I went to the front desk to ask if it would be opening soon and the response from the front desk was "The pool is closed this week" I think that information should have been included when I booked the room on Wednesday night for a Thursday night stay, because it was part of the week that they closed it. We booked last minute because of the weather.

Check in at the hotel was quick and easy. We upgraded our room and it was spacious and comfortable. I liked the separate sitting area and TV. We also appreciated that there was a breakfast bag, though were not too excited about what it contained. It was easy to adjust the room temperature to a comfortable one, which we really were grateful for.

The breakfast bag contained a bottle of water, but we had little time to drink it on the shuttle back to the airport and had to discard it before we entered airport security. That wasn't particularly helpful. The breakfast bar included was not one I really cared for, either and the only other item was a small bag of trail mix. Yogurt would have been a good addition. For some reason the booking also added people to the reservation who were not part of my party. The invoice mentioned children and an extra adult though I'm not sure why. The half glass on the shower is a poor design--water gets on the floor and can be dangerously slippery. A shower door that closes or a shower head closer to the back wall might help, as would a shower mat that grips the floor to be more safe.

Bed was comfortable, and room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent... one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. Plenty of seating room in the dining area as well. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Everything seemed new and clean. Shuttle service was good and efficient, and the drivers were friendly.

Perhaps the only minor negative is that the room AC/heater produced a strong and irritating flow of air even when the control was set to low fan. We turned off the unit at times to stop it. Also minor, at breakfast it was not apparent the the waffle maker was in a separate alcove, away from the other food.

This hotel's free shuttle to, and from, nearby SeaTac Airport is ideal for connecting to airlines and for accessing SeaTac's light rail train platform to obtain light rail train rides to, and from, the city of Seattle. The hotel's on premises clothes washers and clothes dryers operate on rrasonably priced tokens which are purchased at the front desk. Not only is there a free 6 am to 10 am daily self-serve breakfast, but there are also 24/7 purchasable small snacks (including a couple of microwavable food items) in the small area adjacent to the front desk. Finally, on any morning that you are doing activities that cause you to leave the hotel before the start of its 6 am free breakfast, this hotel's front.desk has for free a small quantity of unheated food snacks in one small "to go" brown paper bag available for each pre- 6 am departing guest.

Our accessible room was more than adequate for the traveler using a walker; large open spaces, LVP flooring for ease of movement, bathroom was well designed to accommodate mobility issues. Shuttle to airport was helpful.

We traveled to Sea Tac Airport using the shuttle hauling 2 suitcases, a walker and a wheelchair. Driver dropped us at ground transportation rather than at airline . I didn't even think to question it as i had not been in this airport before. We were a very long trek to our airline and had to wait to get assistance. Not sure why this drop point was used knowing we had the extra mobility devices; luckily we got to the airport early so waiting wasn't an issue, but it didn't make sense.

For what we needed, proximity to the airport as well as easy to reach the city, it was fantastic. After reading a lot of the other reviews, I was a little concerned about the area around the airport. It seemed there were a lot of review saying cars were broken into and just felt generally unsafe, but I did not feel like that at all during our stay at Country Inn. Our car was perfectly safe in the parking lot there.

This is just something to be aware of, if you are wanting to use the shuttle service, find out the details about it at the beginning of your stay. It does have to be scheduled if you want a specific time, it is not something you can just show up and hop on last minute. You do need to let them know ahead of time that you want to use the shuttle.
