1. Advertised indoor pool was closed for maintenance for a long time but no warning during booking (I specifically selected pool and airport shuttle in the filters during booking) 2. It took 3 in app messages and a phone call from Hilton bus driver to order the shuttle from the airport, because the listed hotel phone number didn’t work for me. I had to wait for 2 hours at the airport with children, while during booking I specifically wrote a message that we need shuttle. The booking was confirmed immediately, but I never got a response to any of my messages And airport landline shuttle bus phones don’t work.

The smaller king suite was perfect for a stay longer than an overnight. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, as well as a separate sitting area with TV. Plenty of parking, quick access to Southcenter Mall area and Trader Joe’s in Burien. Breakfast was quite good, and the commons area was very nice - large and airy. The room on the third floor of the back building was very quiet.

No towel racks - just one hook on the back of the bathroom door and no shower curtain so nowhere to hang up two towels. Not sure what they expect you to do with wet towels when housekeeping comes only every 3 days. I’d like to reuse the towels anyway - and did - but we had to drape one over the toilet or a chair to dry out. Also, no obvious recycling areas. There’s only one elevator for the back building and it had multiple service problems. Twice we waited for it come and people inside got stuck - staff had to do something to get the elevator to the ground floor and let them out. Too bad the two buildings don’t connect so you can’t use the front elevator to get to the back building when needed.

The hotel itself was fine. The breakfast was nice, we paid the extra to get in our room early which we were glad to do. I realized I lost my airpods right when the airport shuttle came. The housekeeper found them and gave them to the driver for the next airport run so I could avoid paying to have them ship it to Texas.

The location wasn't great. I'm certain there might have been a restaurant to walk to or something but the area was kinda dicey and not conducive to walking. If you want to take an Uber to downtown Seattle it's going to be high as sin. However, if you're going to the airport there isn't a better place to be.

I liked the location, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to see all day beverages available in the lobby with the additional cookies treat in the afternoons. Breakfast was a good selection for most people but not me. The addition of a Gluten Free bread available on request would have made it outstanding. All I could eat was eat and fruit. The airport transfer was great and Dsle the driver was very entertaining with his story telling. We had to laugh when he dropped us off for Alaska Air and there was another person doing the same, who refrained from stating her destination when asked during the morning’s story. Hahaha

The pool heater was in repair. I booked it so I could swim. It was a tad cool.

Centrally located between Seattle and Tacoma within walking distance of SeaTac airport terminal and several restaurants. Clean, comfortable room with fridge, microwave, TV, desk, chair, full bath, etc. Pool and gym are nice. Excellent breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal w/ toppings, cereal, yogurt, baked items, coffee, etc.) kept me going all day for two days straight. Free airport shuttle was convenient. Super nice, helpful staff.

A room in the back might have been quieter (jet engines during day, not night) than ours in the front.

The reception staff was lovely and helpful. We upgraded (for $10) to a superior room, in the back wing. Our room was spacious, new, and spotless, with a comfortable king size bed. We left before the breakfast service, and bagged snacks were supplied. The airport shuttle was efficient and on-time. We were recommended a great dinner restaurant, walking distance from the hotel. This is a great airport hotel!

As with any airport hotel (they are all on the same street), you can hear airplanes, and you do hear people coming and going at various hours. This is to be expected in an airport hotel.

The rooms were very clean. I booked a large room for 3 adults because our grandson had to be at the airport at 3:00 AM and the roads were going to be icey for the drive. We dropped him off and returned to the room for more sleep. We didn't partake of the complimentary breakfast but it did look good when I went to get some coffee and jiuce for us. Overall, it was a good stay.

We chose this hotel because of the reviews, location and indoor pool. I was disappointed when I walked down to the pool and saw the closed for repairs sign on the door. I went to the front desk to ask if it would be opening soon and the response from the front desk was "The pool is closed this week" I think that information should have been included when I booked the room on Wednesday night for a Thursday night stay, because it was part of the week that they closed it. We booked last minute because of the weather.

Breakfast was beyond expectation. All staff was very friendly. Very clean.

The pickup from the airport took nearly 20 minutes. I could have walked there in that time. (But the shuttle back to the airport was very quick and enjoyable.) I couldn't find the light switches to the lamps next to the bed; I don't like the setup at all. Even a simple, cheap pull chain would be much better. I had to phone the front desk and was on hold for nearly ten minutes just to see around my room late at night when I needed to sleep for an early flight.

Check in at the hotel was quick and easy. We upgraded our room and it was spacious and comfortable. I liked the separate sitting area and TV. We also appreciated that there was a breakfast bag, though were not too excited about what it contained. It was easy to adjust the room temperature to a comfortable one, which we really were grateful for.

The breakfast bag contained a bottle of water, but we had little time to drink it on the shuttle back to the airport and had to discard it before we entered airport security. That wasn't particularly helpful. The breakfast bar included was not one I really cared for, either and the only other item was a small bag of trail mix. Yogurt would have been a good addition. For some reason the booking also added people to the reservation who were not part of my party. The invoice mentioned children and an extra adult though I'm not sure why. The half glass on the shower is a poor design--water gets on the floor and can be dangerously slippery. A shower door that closes or a shower head closer to the back wall might help, as would a shower mat that grips the floor to be more safe.

Bed was comfortable, and room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent... one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. Plenty of seating room in the dining area as well. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Everything seemed new and clean. Shuttle service was good and efficient, and the drivers were friendly.

Perhaps the only minor negative is that the room AC/heater produced a strong and irritating flow of air even when the control was set to low fan. We turned off the unit at times to stop it. Also minor, at breakfast it was not apparent the the waffle maker was in a separate alcove, away from the other food.
