Excellent location and employees. Front desk employee John Murillo was exceptionally helpful.

Clean, location near the rail and airport. Staff overall are helpful n polite. 24/7 shuttle to airport by arrangement.

Breakfast choices are so so. They can’t receive cash payment in advance only on check out time. I had told various staff that i wanted to pay by cash, however, at the end the lady who at the counter during my check out, charge it to my credit card before i got the opportunity to hand out the cash to her, this upset me as i had told many staff previously and they could have put a note there or in the system so whoever at e counter knows.

We chose the location for its proximity to the airport, otherwise the area hasn’t much to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful, the airport shuttle reliable, the room clean, comfortable, and quiet in spite of being on the flight path. The breakfast was better than expected. There is a light rail stop within walking distance to reach downtown if you don’t have a car. The price was reasonable within the context of Seattle’s market.

The breakfast room was quite crowded and congested. Unfortunately the use of disposable everything creates a great deal of waste and there is no evidence of any attempt to sort and recycle it.

First off, the staff was great. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Check-in process was smooth and fast. The breakfast offered by the facility was very good, with many options (even for vegans). Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7, same for water. Location is strategic if you are flying from/to Seatac, and it's 8-9 mins away from car rental facilities. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the airport. Parking on site is plenty and free. It's right next to the highways, and easy to get to Seattle. It's located south of Seattle, which makes it easy to avoid tolls and get to the national parks faster. Would stay there again.

Nothing remarkably negative to highlight here. Bathroom was on the small side, but it was manageable. Don't have much to complain though.

Gym facilities

Everything was great.

Spotlessly clean and very quiet. Everything is provided. Four pillows, more than enough towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Microwave, fridge. Excellent indoor air-con control, warm or cool. At the lobby/ restaurant area: hot water, coffee, tea, are provided; instant noodles and other snacks for sale (not cheap but at least available). Breakfast starts at 5:30am. Huge variety, very good breakfast selection. Lobby/ restaurant has a restroom for use. Shuttle to and fro from the airport - pick up and drop off at Garage level 3, outside at the curb area, at the wait island marked as 3B (call to confirm the location). Shuttle runs every 30 min to the airport. My wait time at 3B to go to the hotel was about 12 minutes from the time I called them. Staff is professional. There's also shuttle to and back from a mall nearby. Overall a very pleasant experience. I had everything I needed.

Shuttle info (wait location, frequency) from the airport to the hotel should be provided on the booking website. The bed and the pillows are soft - I personally prefer harder surface.

This is very close to the airport and made for a convenient place to crash before flying out. The breakfast was solid but the coffee was not very good. All the staff were very friendly and while we didn't use it we did see the free airport shuttle running regularly which is a big bonus. The room was fine, the bathroom was quite strange and the exterior windows were very dirty. We were glad we were there for only one night, it very much had the feel of a hotel where they know most people are just there before/after a flight or boarding a cruise ship for a night or two tops.

Room was very clean and comfortable, helpful staff, fairly good breakfast, shuttle service was a big plus, and hotel was extremely convenient to light rail service into downtown Seattle.

We were put on a floor with a large soccer group of kids who thought it was funny to run up and down the hallway knocking on other people's doors. Chaperones, and hotel staff should have done a better job of keeping the kids under control especially at night. Also, the hotel should, somehow, upgrade their bathrooms to disconnect the light from the bathroom air vent which was incredibly loud each time the bathroom was used.

The parking was spacious with easy access to unload bags. The receptionist was kind and offerred water bottles and complimentary tea and coffee bar. The rooms were spacious for 2, two queen comfortable beds, large TV and plenty of electronic chargin opportunities. The amenities were everything you would need, and the temperature was easily controlled and comfortable. The free breakfast was one of the best, tasty hot or cold with plenyt of self-serve options. This was a comfortable in and out situation and we will return again.

Nothing. This place was exactly as marketed. We now have a place to stay when we need to be close to the airport.

Location and friendly staff. Shuttle pick up instructions provided by hotel were accurate and didn’t have to wait long. Short walk to Angle Lake light rail station. Staff at front desk very friendly especially Tiffany who was on each afternoon. Room was spacious. We only requested change of towels and bin emptying during our stay.

Breakfast area was crowded and noisy at times. Also shower head was awkward - couldn’t change the angle though you could change the flow.
