The staff is very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle is good and easy to use. Hotel will provide a shuttle to local restaurants too. The rooms are clean and well equipped.. There is a good variety of items for breakfast.

The decor is a bit sparse. Everything else is OK.

The staff was fantastic, free airport shuttle and free breakfast. We stayed her post cruise and the recommended a van service from the port that was $20 pp to bring to hotel after our cruise, which was cheaper than Ubers surge pricing. We wished we would’ve stayed here pre-cruise for the two days than spend time in town. They offered a shuttle to the highline for six bucks round-trip took the highline back in to town for six dollars much better than walking around the city the homeless situation. There airport shuttle starts at 3 am but we were able to request an earlier 2 am shuttle as we were unfamiliar at the airport and how busy it would be and we were glad because we had an earlier flight.

There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. We just wish we would’ve stayed here first and then use the last day as a chill day before our travel. We need to catch up on sleep after our cruise. Just wish we had more hours in the comfort of this motel .

Decoration- nice pop of color on head board of bed and on wall Great layout of room with no wasted space. Welcoming me with my name on TV screen. Great that tv swivels so can watch it from bed. Microwave and mini fridge convenient. Nice to have Zero brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion without harmful ingredients. Nice to have large bathroom sink in separate area just outside of toilet and shower. Nice to have a bath tub. Nice, clean, new looking bedding and towels. Toilet and bath tub showet were clean with very solid, thick shower curtain rod. Fitness center was new lookinh, clean , spread out nicely with cool instructor video available. Free airport shuttle, free shuttle to restaurants and free breakfast. Store to buy snacks. Laundry available. High ceilings. Lounge room peaceful, clean and comfortable looking.

Location to airport was great. Shuttle leaving every 30 minutes was awesome convenience. Breakfast was nice.

Wanted to try to check in early bc we had flown all night and was unable to. Staff seemed a littler perturbed at that request. Room description said king size bed could sleep 3 adults but was under the impression I was getting a fold out chair as well. It was a tight squeeze in a king size bed for three full size adults. Not the most comfortable nights sleep. Construction going on made it a little difficult to find bathrooms and stuff but can’t help that.

I had to travel through Seattle Airport twice coming and going to US on this trip. I stayed at a different hotel the first time and wish I had stayed here for both. WAY superior experience at this hotel!! I wanted a quiet room away from the road - done! Very quiet, very clean, very comfortable room and bed. Was able to get good rest and feel refreshed. Front desk staff at check-in was very courteous and customer-service oriented. Requested late check-out and it was easily accommodated. SO grateful. Thank you for helping ease international travel!

It would have been nice to have some disposable slippers to walk around in the room. But overall very satisfied. Thank you!

Area good for travelers in transit at SEATAC. Has plenty of parking however they are charging $15 for parking (waived when I mentioned there was no indication on site I used and it was waived) Very good restaurants if you have a car and willing to drive 15 minutes or so from the location The room was very comfortable.

My only negative is the bathroom sink in the room away from the rest of the bathroom. For an early riser and a partner sleeping in, not ideal

They allowed a late checkout of 2pm which was really wonderful since we arrived the “night” before at 2am. Room was spacious & clean, and mattress was comfy. 24-hour airport shuttle was great!

We would’ve loved a drink after our long, delayed, crowded & cramped flights, and mentioned that when we checked in, but we didn’t know about the “pantry” of items available off the lobby. We saw it when we checked out! 😭

The beds were nice and soft. Conveniently close to the SeaTac Airport.

Location around the airport is sketchy at night. They have a secure parking garage accessible by keycard holders to help defend against overnight vehicle break-ins. Most of the hotel reviews in the area have at least 1 complaint against overnight vehicle break-ins & theft. This hotel doesn't. Would stay again if I'm ever in the Seattle area.

Very clean, kind staff, EASY BOOKING/CHECK-IN — within just a couple minutes I had a link texted to me and two clicks later I was all set. Very nice while juggling a disaster trip and cancelled flights. Very comfortable bed too. Cleaning staff were lovely and pleasant.

The single 16oz bottle of iced Dunkin’ Donuts coffee was $6 — YES, SIX DOLLARS. Come on! That’s cruel and did leave a bad taste in my mouth.

The Hampton Inn staff was so helpful during this unforeseen layover. We were able to use the hotel shuttle to and from airport and even dinner! They were conveniently located a short walking distance to the Light Rail so we could go downtown and enjoy the city as well. Made a bad situation of cancelled flight into a fun sightseeing experience! Thank you!
