The staff is very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle is good and easy to use. Hotel will provide a shuttle to local restaurants too. The rooms are clean and well equipped.. There is a good variety of items for breakfast.

The decor is a bit sparse. Everything else is OK.

Location to airport was great. Shuttle leaving every 30 minutes was awesome convenience. Breakfast was nice.

Wanted to try to check in early bc we had flown all night and was unable to. Staff seemed a littler perturbed at that request. Room description said king size bed could sleep 3 adults but was under the impression I was getting a fold out chair as well. It was a tight squeeze in a king size bed for three full size adults. Not the most comfortable nights sleep. Construction going on made it a little difficult to find bathrooms and stuff but can’t help that.

I had to travel through Seattle Airport twice coming and going to US on this trip. I stayed at a different hotel the first time and wish I had stayed here for both. WAY superior experience at this hotel!! I wanted a quiet room away from the road - done! Very quiet, very clean, very comfortable room and bed. Was able to get good rest and feel refreshed. Front desk staff at check-in was very courteous and customer-service oriented. Requested late check-out and it was easily accommodated. SO grateful. Thank you for helping ease international travel!

It would have been nice to have some disposable slippers to walk around in the room. But overall very satisfied. Thank you!

The beds were nice and soft. Conveniently close to the SeaTac Airport.

Location around the airport is sketchy at night. They have a secure parking garage accessible by keycard holders to help defend against overnight vehicle break-ins. Most of the hotel reviews in the area have at least 1 complaint against overnight vehicle break-ins & theft. This hotel doesn't. Would stay again if I'm ever in the Seattle area.

Easy access from the airport after we missed an evening flight. The airport shuttle was fast and convenient. Room was clean, comfortable and staff were helpful at check in and provided complimentary water bottles and snacks to our tired kids. Really nice options for their breakfast spread including some easy to grab and take back to the airport with us.

Great location near SeaTac airport. Hampton Inn and Suites was very clean and comfortable. Our room had two queen size beds. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. They have a secured parking garage. The complimentary shuttle was fantastic. The staff was exceptional especially the front desk staff and the shuttle driver. There is not a restaurant on site but some great options are close by. We will definitely stay here again.

Renovations are going on all over the property. The room we had was very nicely updated. The new tv had evidently not been set up correctly so it didn’t work even though a maintenance person came right up to work on it. The front desk offered to move us but we liked the room so well we decided to forego tv! The next morning 2 technicians came in and fixed the tv just in time for us to see our favorite morning show: win-win! Breakfast was great. I use this property whenever I am flying out of SeaTac!

The staff made my experience this visit though there was maintenance on secured parking door, she explained to me details and was very helpful and quick with everything needed though I did feel sorry she had her car broken into I was uplifted and gifted by such a positive attitude towards the situation and the reassurance of her personally watching over the garage during her shift such and amazing staff team you have here must say. Thank you so much girl I wish I remembered her name

Staff is excellent and accommodating, convenient and free shuttle service to and from airport. The same free shuttle offered transport (drop off and pick up) to nearby restaurants, but if you are not too exhausted from your travels they are also within walking distance also. The staff was a tremendous help in setting up our paid shuttle service to the dock for our cruise and to the King Street Station for our Amtrak trip to Vancouver. The paid shuttle service they recommend was fantastic, and on time which was especially important for our early early morning departure times. The rooms were very clean, large and quiet. A room was available as soon as we checked in each time prior to typical check in times, which was great! The Continental Breakfast was a godsend and the hours of availability (5am-10am, at the time of our travels) were very accommodating to travelers with early morning departures and late morning arrivals. You could sleep in if you wanted and still not miss a good breakfast. The laundry facility was very clean and accepts credit card and coins for operation. Their on-site little shop offered snacks, drinks and some travel sized toiletries, there was variety, and were not too expensive. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for travelers wanting a close hotel to the airport and need that guaranteed shuttle to catch your flight. The hotel is 18-20min from downtown Seattle. 25-30min from Smith Cove Pier terminal. 18min from Amtrak station Kings Street Station. The paid shuttle service recommended by the hotel was fantastic and we got to both destinations in plenty of time.

The pillows were too soft and deflated easily. I did not request additional pillows though, since each of my stays were 1 night each time with a total of 3 nights stays. I guarantee that had I requested additional pillows the staff would have accommodated us.

The room was quite spacious and very clean! Comfy bed. Coffee at the generic buffet was good, everything turned over quickly so was fresh. Staff was efficient. Easy to find and convenient to the airport.

Our room key wouldn't let us in the back door where our car was parked. TV only had Netflix that we could see. Not a fan of paper cups in the room. PIllows a little soft. Lots of plane noise.
