Shuttle to and from airport (approx) every 15 minutes, this is important when your flight is during the very early/late hours. It is close to the airport so no traffic to worry about, sleep in just a little more. This is an older hotel, but it is clean and quiet. The staff were so nice, and gave me a little bag with water and goodies. The onsite cafe/coffee place was still open and made me a delicious grilled club sandwich to go. A unique thing I noticed when I got off the elevator, there was a handicap ramp rather than stairs.

I cannot think of anything other than it is an older hotel, some people like very modern.

It’s a budget overnight option very close to SEA-TAC. The shuttle pickup was prompt and driver (Raphael) was very courteous. Check-in went quickly and smoothly. I was even able to check in a couple hours early which was great after a long series of international flights. Room was basic but fine.

I was really looking forward to a swim but the pool was down for maintenance🫤I wish I’d known prior to arrival. I would have booked somewhere else. Bed was comfy but heater was really loud and walls very thin. I could hear the neighbors & hallway door slams& conversations all night. Café food surprisingly good!

Very close to the airport and the free shuttle is 24/7. I had a 5AM flight and got to the airport at 3:30AM in 5 mins. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is comfortable and clean. Can hear some muffled voices from the other room but generally quiet. Good for a short stay.

It looks like the pool was under renos while I was there. I didn't need to use it during my stay as I just needed a place to sleep before my flight. But that is something to consider for families or people wanting to use it.

Our flight left early so we didn't get to hit breakfast if it was offered. I liked that the airport shuttle left whenever you needed it, being close by the airport saved us travel time. We didn't check in til 10pm and we left at 330am to catch our 530 flight to Honolulu.

I didn't like that they put my daughter and I far from the front desk. We had to go up to the 3rd floor and over to a building that felt like it was added on later. The floor was caving in. The other occupants were always opening their door and watching us every time we went to get snacks or drinks. It was kinda of uncomfortable but I just assumed maybe they were traveling with kids and just as nervous as I was.

Loves the location to the 1 line and lots of on site parking.

To be honest the shower.. I had a refurbished room with fresh paint.. but the shower. And toilet... The toilet had a few "hope to God" moments at the flush down and the shower head I think was built in the 1930s cause honestly I could pee harder the way it was all clogged up and the tap had 2 settings cold and devils piss. But bright side is lotsa hot water. I think for 200 bucks and a trip to home Depot this could all be resolved with some updated plumbing.

Location within walking distance of Light Rail and Airport; 24/7 Shuttle service to/from airport; Very comfortable bed and pillows; clean, neat room with good light and temperature control; Quiet; good hot water supply and soap & shampoo dispensers in shower; nice towels; in-room coffee maker with coffee packets and cups; in-room refrigerator; pleasant staff; tasty, well-presented food in on-site restaurant.

Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay was just one night on a previous trip. The stay was for a week and the hotel is a good combination of reasonable cost, cleanliness, good room, and location. The location is a block from the entrance to the light rail station next to the airport (i.e., SeaTac light rail station). It's easy to walk over to the light rail station and head north to downtown Seattle. It takes about an hour to get to downtown Seattle (5 min walk from hotel to the platform of the SeaTac light rail station; ~10 min wait time for the next light rail train; 45 min light rail ride). As other reviewers have stated the building is on the older side. The interior hallways look and feel on the older side. The furnishings in the room, however, have been updated. I will stay here again if all stays the same or gets better. The customer service was positive overall.

It was a very clean room. It’s not a great neighborhood but in the room w an air conditioner fan going it was quiet. Admittedly I’m a fan of white noise so it seemed peaceful. The bathroom water pressure was great. The tub was clean. It’s a bargain spot but I found the room and the bed were of very high quality esp. for the rate.

It’s a big confusing building. A lot of parking spaces outside room window but they were blocked off so I couldn’t use them. Not a big deal but I noticed.

Room had everything a traveler needs - comfortable bed and chairs, HVAC, tea/coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, open trash cans - not those annoying ones that tip over when you put your foot on the pedal to open it - mirror, bathroom complete with easy to use toiletries and a curved shower curtain rod! Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Shuttle was on demand so great for getting picked up and dropped for flights.

Convenience... from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle service was timely and courteous. We were driven safely to the hotel, and to the Denny's restaurant. All of the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. The staff at SureStay were punctual and courteous. When we requested additional services for the room; it was done quickly and with the most respect and care.

We had nothing to complain about. All services were met with the greatest expectations. Thank you!
