Restaurant exceeded expectations for a hotel

Hotel should include detailed directions on how to walk to the hotel from the airport. Airport personnel did not know where it was. Even the instructions from the hotel when we called about where to meet the hotel shuttle were not accurate. It is conveniently located but we wasted a lot of time figuring out how to get there. Would have preferred to walk.

location is great! it's walking distance from SEA airport which is very convenient. Free Shuttle bus is also available. Staff is nice and professional. Facility was clean.

For the price per night, I'd expect parking to be free or cheaper for hotel guests and to have more comfortable room. We stayed at a lower level room, so the noise from the street and airport was more noticeable this time. Thermostats was not working properly. When we first entered the room, it was very hot and thermostats was set to be 77 degree. We lowered it to be around 70 but the room became very cold. We woke up in the middle of night to readjust the room temperature.

The hotel makes a great impression! Shuttle service leaves every 20 minutes from 1a b c or 3 a b c. Rooms are clean, the shower is great (good water pressure!) Rather a somewhat European-style hotel. Beds super comfortable, staff at breakfast extremely nice! A late check out one hour later was also absolutely no problem :) Would come again anytime!

The only thing that was a bit stupid was that we had a room with 2 beds and there was only a sliding door by the bathroom, not a properly closed door.

Reception is huge with a quick and easy check in. A grab and go cafe on level 2 was offered when I asked about a local restaurant late in the evening. The food was basic but tasty with a lot on offer. The room, bed and bathroom were really beautiful. I appreciated the luggage check so that I could spend some time in the city before heading to the airport. A huge thank you to the young man who offered to help me with my luggage to the taxi when he noticed I was struggling with a sore knee. Highly recommended.

This was a very nice place to stay Clean rooms comfortable bed.The breakfast buffet that I purchased with the room was also. very good.

My only complaint was that even though the staff was. very friendly and pleasant they were unsure how to direct my husband and I to get transported to the cruise terminal.When I booked the hotel I did not realize that the hotel was several miles from the terminal.The hotel did have a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport.We were just lucky that a shuttle service pulled up in front of this Sea Tac hotel and did a round trip hotel to cruise terminal then pick up at the terminal and back to the airport for 100$ for two people.If we had used an Uber as suggested that would have been over this amount

The food, room and staff were excellent! The transportation to get us to airport was great and very friendly! Driver helped with our luggage and made sure we were at right terminal! I have to say the individuals at the front desk were always polite and very helpful! Couldn't ask for a better experience! Believe it or not, everyone was more than happy to accommodate us! We ate dinner and breakfast during our stay, very good, came to table hot and quickly! Wait staff was very helpful and we were seated quickly during dinner and at breakfast next morning!

Very convenient to SEATAC and rental car return. Excellent hot breakfast available and clean room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle service was also great as we arrived very late due to delays but the shuttle still came to pick us up once we arrived.

TV remote was very basic, like it was designed for pre-schoolers with no way to see a guide. Room was a bit cramped but nevertheless clean and comfortable.

service at buffet was great staff were great, very helpful, clearly used to being a hotel where there are a lot of 'pass through' Hotel a little worn but clean so close to airport and offered shuttle!

stuff was a little worn but clean some mix up between booking.com and hotel as to whether or not breakfast was included

It’s a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff. We ate breakfast there, it was good. Free shuttle to airport.

The price for the room was high, as well as for breakfast. The only breakfast option is a $19 buffet.

The hotel room electric sockets were weird and the desk was too small to work from with the coffee maker right there I couldn't plug in my computer at the desk because of the inverted plugs strange! No free water? I did call the front desk and they sent some which was really nice of them. I would have loved some coffee but the poor selection of creamers made the coffee taste terrible. Room was very clean, Breakfast was a big surprise it was excellent and I travel all over the world and the service was the best great servers who love their jobs and it shows in the pride in which the interact with the guests.
