Excellent friendly staff, very helpful, free collection from airport, offered free drop off and collection on light rail and reasonable charge to deliver us to cruise dock. Food outlets and light rail within walking distance. Microwave and fridge and coffee machine available in room. Overall satisfied, would stay again.

Plates, knives and forks not in room but may have been available if we'd asked.

An important reason for our stay was its proximity to the SEA airport rental car facility. We had an early morning flight and we needed to return the car, take the airport shuttle, check in and catch the flight home . The Sutton Suites Hotel inn was ideally located for us. This was our second stay at this hotel.

I cannot think of anything that we did not like,

Our first floor rooms were MUCH more spacious than we expected! The staff was amazing--friendly, helpful, and always available for assistance when needed. Breakfast was more than expected as well. It was self-serve, but there were several options and the front desk was quick to respond when notified that the pancake mix needed replenishing. The location next to the airport's rental car hub was superb!

The lighting in the room could have been brighter, but it was sufficient and we didn't ask for more. I won't complain here about something that was acceptable and that we didn't request assistance with.

The girl working the desk was great!!! Very helpful, personable and accommodating. The free shuttle to the airport at 4am was fantastic. Main reason we stayed at Sutton.

Outside terrace was nice but the tables could have been cleaned off and there were cigarette butts everywhere.

Staff was fantastic! They were so formative due to needing to eat and for our cruise.

Breakfast could have been a bit more…no fruit/fresh muffins/ bagels etc just bread white. And very thin pancakes. They took us to Dennys for a small fee…

Close to airport with free shuttle and free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Huge room. Several food options within walking distance.

No elevator; difficult for older people. not easy to find desk clerk at 6 am for check out.
