Hotel is conveniently located, lots of parking. Great to be able to utilize the coffee shop for breakfast. Would like to have savory pastry options Great workout room.

I guess the ice machine or ice fridge was being worked on, so we had to ask the front desk for it whenever we needed it. No biggie but it will free them from having to do this. Maybe the hotel would consider installing a water refilling machine in the lobby for guests. Still would like to see a self-serve drink station for breakfast so we don't have to bother the staff when they can concentrate on other things. All in all, love that breakfast is included.

Quiet rooms, quiet heating system, nice room lighting, very helpful and efficient staff, secure elevator system. The breakfast bacon and fruit was very high quality.

Miss having a glass drinking glass in room. Wish there was covered and closer parking especially for having to pay extra for parking. Wish there was complimentary water in lobby or even at breakfast. A drinking fountain, a self serve water dispenser would be very welcoming on arrival. Yes there was water bottles for purchase, but that doesn’t match the class of the front desk reception

The room was nice and spacious and the staff was friendly. They allowed us to store our bikes which we greatly appreciated. The waitstaff in the restaurant working the breakfast shift remembered us from the previous morning and had our place settings and drink orders memorized.

We felt—for the price we are paying—the breakfast buffet could have a bit better selection. Especially for those with dairy or gluten intolerances. My kids liked the pancakes there on Saturday, but were disappointed there was none on Sunday and no kid friendly similar substitute…just LOTS of eggs.

Rooms comfortable; even though I would have liked a view of Mt Rainier like we did on our first visit (when they first opened up), we at least had a view of the mall. Love that it's close to the airport and next door to the mall, close to Costco. I like they don't have valet parking anymore but at times, parking looked scarce. Liked they started complimentary breakfast; food was ok.

I have been to many hotels that serve complimentary breakfast, Hotel Interurban needs to visit those hotels. The staff would best serve the customers to refill the drinks and clean the tables if they were not passing out plates. It would be even better all around if the drinks were self serve and one person was at the hostess stand to hand out the plates. We had to wait to get drink refills, even to the point, we had to go to them staff to ask for refill. They also need to reconfigure the seating area and use part of the lobby for more seating.

The location was great, room was large and modern. Bathroom was top of the line, even had a weight scale. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was so good! I was only going to get coffee but when I saw the food I had to try. Excellent!

Only two things I didn’t like. The furnace was a bit loud and came on randomly, but was fine once you get used to it. Parking was awful! Luckily I got a parking spot up front but had to drive around. The side lot was full so only other place I saw was way in back, dark covered lot. Only door is front so glad I didn’t have to walk that at night. Other than that I would definitely give it a 5 star. Would stay here again. Suggestion would be to have a shuttle to take to mall, since its so close but not really within walking distance.

This isa very nice place. clean, modern, and comfortable, The staff was very courteous and helpful. The view can't be helped as it's an urban area but amenities' abound, shopping, dining, entertainment. On a nice day the mountain is visible. I wouldn't call it a vacation destination, but if you are on business in the area it's where I would stay.

If I had to complain about something it would be parking but it's not horrible. A garage would be nice, but except what you can't change.

Wonderful, comfortable clean room (I booked a suite so lots of space). Fantastic view of Mt. Rainier. Swimming pool was perfect (a hot tub would have been above and beyond). The complimentary breakfast buffet was much more than most hotels offer (a decent offering of eggs, pancakes, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, and more). Every staff interaction I had was very pleasant.

Just a lack of hot tub/sauna. But hey, I'm not complaining!

1. No free transport van from airport to hotel and vise versa. This would really be a plus. I was told, it was removed from the list of amenities. Maybe, it would be nice if once hotel management is informed of a group coming in separately, that a special van or whatever be arranged. This would really help. Besides, this amenity is still in your website. It has not been removed yet. Other than that, me & my wife had a wonderful stay in room 1108. The room and it’s ambience gave us comfortable stay. Who knows, one day, we may book our stay with Inter Urban Hotel. The Place where the Staff always smile. Keep it up. More power. Good luck to all you guests. Breakfast is disappointing. They give you a small cup juice or coffee, nobody refill it when it empty, they asked me if I need more juice when I stood up and leaving . And breakfast selection is very limited. The room is near a big fan station, very noisy all night. Room: clean no bottle water no slippers no toothbrush Have coffee machine Easy parking with $15 which is reasonable price

Clean and modern with 3 elevators and attached restaurant. Free breakfast but we were up and gone before it opened. $15 parking seems a bit silly considering it’s an open lot and not enough spots for hotel size. Double queen room was large and spacious with great bathroom, heated floors and mini fridge. Would stay again.

Having to pay for parking. Would be nice if restaurant opened earlier to accommodate guests who leave before 7am.
