Breakfast was good, pool was saltwater and a great temperature, and the facilities were very clean. Comfortable beds and enough linens for the whole family.

We were guaranteed a check-in time, but they were unable to get us into our room for nearly 2 hours. We came to the hotel to do a "staycation" with our kids, so not being allowed to access our room to get ready to swim was a big bummer. I asked about alternative solutions to accommodate us while we waited, but was told no. It worked out, once we were able to get into our room the visit was great and the kids had a great time.

All good. Seems fine-tuned for business travel clientele. Amazing breakfast, bar good, layout good, firepit, complementary bikes (which we used), tea in the evenings. Quick check-in and check-out for me. I am recommending this hotel to others traveling from my company. I can't wait to stay there again.

My ankles got bit up my first night in the bed, and were itchy for a few days. Felt like mosquito bites. I don't believe it was bedbugs. I found a spider hanging around the bed area later that morning, could have been the cause? I didn't mention it to the front desk - hoping it was an isolated incident.

I was very impressed with the breakfast. All the food was very good, amazing pastries, and the staff taking care of the cooking and restocking were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as we had several family members coming in at different times and it was a quick drive to the airport and back. It was also great to have a large self laundry facility and the clothes got dry in 1 session, definitely not always the case.

What amazing attention to detail! This beautiful concept hotel offers a good alternative to Airbnb. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and exceptionally well appointed. Every staff member was overtly friendly (in a natural and good way), the complimentary breakfast was lovely and even the music piped through areas of the property was the perfect mood setter.

The light fixture between the bed beds were a bit wonky (hung crooked) and some plumbing in the shower came off in my hand (I did let staff know about the plumbing fixture).

We were greeted with a warm smile from a courteous clerk/receptionist (I think her name was Bunnie.). She made us feel very welcomed, was prompt and thorough. Our room was clean and smelled refreshing.

The bedframe appears to be a queen size and the mattress looks like a full size. This becomes hazardous to the knees and guests leg shins. It easy to walk to the bed gauging the distance based on the mattress and walk into the wooden bed frame. This is not so much a dislike, but simply a preference to have cabinets above the sink instead of a microwave. It makes the space awkward when removing heated plates.

Breakfast had very good options. The room and bathroom was clean. We liked that the high traffic area in the room was not carpeted because it was easy to keep clean.

I wish there was a soy milk option during breakfast. Also, we were disappointed on our second day when the cleaning staff did not respond to our request for cleaning (especially taking out the trash). We made the request in the morning and followed up when we came back early evening. We waited but we cancelled our request when no one came until close to our bedtime.

Loved most things! The room was amazing, staff was amazing, free hot breakfast and the variety was amazing. The bfast staff was really on top of keeping everything stocked and clean.

Didn't like that you had to pay for parking outside the hotel fee. While the variety of bfast food was great, the potatoes w/veggies and the pancakes were really bland and flavorless. The pastries were good and so was the orange juice. The pillows were so soft I felt like they were suffocating at times.

Beautiful suite and hotel and professional friendly staff. The breakfast is out of this world and I can not recommend it enough. Very friendly to our lovely dogs staff and guests both. The pool and hot tub are great, it has an awesome gym and business center as well.

Seemed like there was a large enough parking lot that was part of the property that they didn't need to charge an additional fee for parking. However they posted that up front and the area seems very secure.

Breakfast was great, the location was conveniently by the mall, and it was close to the airport. The rooms were very neat and I definitely felt like I got a lot of value and it was well worth the price. Only thing I would change is that there is no shuttle to or from the airport, but again, it is relatively close for an Uber.

Traveling with our (older, less mobile) mother, this was a good option for us so we could be near her in the night. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated each of us having our own bathroom. We were pleased to have a kitchen & comfortable couch.

It would have been nice to have another easy chair for better conversation in the living room. The chairs at the table were not very comfortable. No backs on the chairs, really more like stools.
