Liked the spacious rooms and the beds are comfortable

I made a review on 12/16/2023 from a previous stay and in that review I mentioned that I thought that I might of been racially profiled, I had a extended Reversation, I was told that I could no longer stay at the hotel because of my comment and we were asked to leave.

That staff was incredible. 2 sinks in room...made it much easier for 2 people to get ready. Beds were very comfy...although shorter people may need a ladder to get in or a running jump! I would stay here again since the price was pretty affordable

Our toilet seat was broken. Refrigerator completely froze the drinks/food we put in it...so I guess it was actually a freezer (could not change temperature). The morning I checked out at 5:30 am, the shuttle bus driver did not show up...another guest and myself ended up sharing an Uber to airport. Front desk did not seem too concerned at all! And the continental breakfast was a joke...no hot foods at all (bacon/sausage, eggs) or any kind of fruit. Only cold cereal, bagels or toast, and juice in a pitcher. Nothing to "grab and go!" The hotel is very deceiving when you walk in to the beautiful lobby...the rest of hotel is very dated!

Overall experience was good. Hotel and the rooms were spacious and the hotel had a large lobby with free coffee and tea. Staff were friendly. The heating and cooling system has also good. The toilets were neat and clean with hair dryer and coffee machines etc. all available and in good, clean and neat conditions.

The rooms and hotel itself is a bit old which requires overhaul at certain locations. For example, in our rooms some elements were taped up to prevent things from falling off. A little more variety in breakfast would have been good, in my opinion.

The young, black male who checked me in was the absolute best. His customer service skills were exceptional. When I arrived, they were dealing with a backlog of guests waiting for the shuttle at the airport. He offered to help drive the shuttle to get the guests who were waiting. When I explained I'd need to get to the airport before the shuttle started he tried to help me find a way there. He could have just explained the shuttle starts when they start, like the lady sitting next to him fid, and left me to figure it out. But it was obvious he cared. I was traveling alone with my two babies 2 and 4 years old. Even if he did not have an immediate solution, his empathy for my situation was truly appreciated. He'll make a wonderful manager/leader one day.

Shuttle services should be offered 24/7- have a driver on call for those early 6am flights. Or, specify the time frames on your website and third-party booking sites. I specifically picked this site for a shuttle to the airport and still had to pay $30 to get there. I could have put that $30 towards a hotel closer to the airport.

Surprisingly, the room matched the picture on the website, lol. Seriously, normal, good room with two beds. Some wrote that the building is old and there is a smell of old age. I did not notice anything like that. Yes, the hotel is not new, but quite decent for this price. Breakfast is like everywhere continental breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, cereal with milk, yogurts, fruits, juices.

The only thing that spoiled my vacation was the pillows. When you put a larger pillow in a smaller pillowcase, it becomes a stuffed ball. But it's a matter of taste. I like flatter ones. If you do, take yours with you. And some workers were smoking marijuana right under our window. It was extremely unpleasant.

The hotel is located in good and quiet place. It is quieter from the river side, only the view from the windows across the river is spoiled by the shacks and garbage of the homeless. If it were not for this, it would be generally good. Transfer to and from the airport is a good plus.

P E R S O N A L in bufet!!!The breakfast is poor and meager. I was very upset during my stay that one dama from the staff, working in the canteen, behaves rudely and disrespectfully with the visitors of the hotel. What right does she have to tell someone what to do and kick them out of the canteen! This person has no right to work in the service sector, and his place of work is in a field with zucchini! Below I will attach this person who imagined herself to be the owner of the hotel.Dirty carpet in the buffet!

Very close to the SeaTac Airport. They have a convenient and free airport shuttle. The rooms are larger than expected. Good breakfast. Near to many restaurants. I had a nice view of the famous Green River.

The shuttle took 90 minutes to pick me up from the airport. I was asked if I wanted early check in, since I arrived early, and was charged for it, then told it was not available when I arrived. I slept in the lobby until my room was ready a few hours later.

Loved the size and comfortability of the mattress. Showers were ample and room was very clean

A staff member ran my card 2 times which resulted in my bank slamming me with overages and fees that I had to cover personally. The mistake was not mine. I was refunded the price for my room but am still disappointed I'm having to pay these ridiculous fees thru no fault of my own. My solution seemed to be a fairly reasonable one. I'm suggesting a comp for a room to equal the amount of my bank fees which equals $450. $150 for each time my card was run without my authorization. I could be one of those nasty mean old codjers that isn't willing to budge but I'm not.

I like the location, the big parking lot and the size of the rooms. The location was near some malls and shopping centers which was very convient. The parking lot was spacious and I had the opportunity to park for free which is a good perk. The room size was more than enough for 3 people we had the space we needed.

I didn't like the breakfast and room service. The breakfast was just ok. I think they could offer more variaty of food and tastier options. We stayed for 5 nights and they didn't clean our room once. I think they should have at least clean it once every two days.

The room was a very nice size and very comfortable. Having a sink, microwave, and mini fridge in a seaparate area were nice extras.

I did NOT like that housekeeping was every 3 days. I asked in advance and was told it was every other day, which I also.don't like. I requested towels on the off days and received one set less than.necessary. I had to ask for coffee every day and ask for shampoo when needed. I think these things should just be provided - and would be if there was housekeeping.
