The staff are very friendly and respond to my queries promptly. Everyone is warm and accommodating—especially Ms. Gery, who booked our transportation from the hotel to Seattle Premium Outlets. Ms. Crystal is also a superb host. She was genuinely delighted to learn that we are Filipino travelers from Manila, and she even accompanied us to our room. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay. We love the hotel—it’s very clean, and the location is excellent. It’s very close to some of Seattle’s most famous tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city.

The hot water in the shower malfunctioned on the last day of our stay. A family friend who was with us and had booked a separate room experienced the same issue. However, the hotel’s maintenance team was quick to respond and fix the problem once we reported it.

An exceptional spot to stay in downtown Seattle. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with luxurious touches that make the stay extra special. The location is perfect. A short walk to Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Highly recommend.

We stayed at a spacious corner room with the city and water views. We enjoyed everything about the room and the hotel in general.

I was bothered by the staff knocking on our door two nights in a row 10 minutes after our arrival, just to ask if we needed anything. I can call the reception if I need anything, no need to send someone every night. And then, on the day of our departure, they barged into the room when we were still in bed, with the intention to clean it. They obviously have a way of checking if we were in. That was weird. On a less serious note, the design of the bathtub with the water spout coming out of the ceiling is just ridiculous.

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, central location. The hotel provided umbrellas for us out of towners.

We were initially given room without a view even though I paid extra on booking.com for a higher level room with view. It also didn’t have room for roll away bed if the sofa bed was opened up, which made it hard to fit 2 adults and 2 children (who didn’t want to be both on sofa bed). The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated us with a higher level room (apparently worth more than what booking.com charged) and did their best to compensate for the miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. The room I booked through booking.com apparently did not exist at the hotel, so I asked hotel to communicate with booking.com and vice versa.

The staff, from the housekeeping to the concierge, was superb. They were super attentive. Also, the bathroom with the soaking tub was AMAZINGGGGG!

For the cost, not including the stream room/sauna into room rates is insane. Over $1500 for 3 nights and there’s a sauna charge? Not great.

The hotel provides a great location, great comfort in the bedrooms, and great facilities.

Based on my previous experiences, I think the hotel is overpriced. It gives you great quality, but it is extremely expensive. But the price can be influenced by the location (Seattle).

Our door guy was the best and his service was above and beyond. He knew us by name and took great care of us. We also let them know how we appreciate their service $$. The housekeeping was the best too .. and my husband loved coming back in the evening to his lavender and bed all ready to get on bed. Service was great !!

There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

Great location, restaurant downstairs was delicious, but most importantly the staff and room service were exceptional. They took care of things I didn’t even realize I needed.

It was expensive but I don’t take many trips like these, so it was worth the splurge.
