The front desk workers were fantastic - Dylan in particular really made my stay memorable. They provided us a wonderful birthday gift and were very accommodating with letting us check in early and storing our bags until our room was ready. I would definitely be back. Also the location is fantastic it's a couple blocks away from Pike Place which was perfect.

The $25 hotel credit is a bit odd - seems like it should just be included in the price. It's for access to the gym and then you also get a daily $12 credit for the restaurant/bar.

Location was excellent. The area was felt safe and clean enough for me to feel comfortable walking around with my wife and kids. There were a lot of coffee shops nearby and we loved each of them. The hotel was beautiful inside. Check-in was quick and painless and the staff was helpful the few times we needed anything. We were in town for the Post Malone/Jelly Roll concert and T-Mobile arena is a 20 minute walk straight down the Avenue. No complaints, would stay there again.

No complaints really, the price was a little high, but I think that could be expected considering the location and the hotel itself.

Very nice location in a nice building. Comfy bed and shower. Good sized room with large windows. Bar and breakfast room right in the building were convenient and attractive spaces. TV was good quality and a nice size. Price reflected these attributes, but was not out of line for similar lodgings in downtown Seattle. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The advertised "happy hour" was "suspended" according to the bartender during our 3-day stay. This was kind of weird. We went to the bar just for that, and ended up with no happy hour drinks, just the regular prices and offerings. Also, there were some little perks offered through our booking, but they didn't seem to apply or exist once we were there, like a $5 in-room minibar credit and a discount card for local businesses. These were minor annoyances, but still a bit off-putting.

The location is just 1.5 blocks from the ferry landing, deep in the heart of downtown. The area is very walkable, and we felt safe even walking late at night. There's a courthouse or some other major law enforcement building very close by, so there was a police presence, and that may have helped. Our room was one of the largest standard hotel rooms I've ever stayed in.

The building is historic and a bit of a maze to navigate. All the furniture in the room - beds, chairs, sofa - is a little lower to the floor than usual, something to consider if you're an elder and a bit challenged by standing from a low position.

The location was perfect -- a short walk down to the waterfront and close to all of the tourist sites. Easy to get around on foot. Ubers were prompt for longer rides. I upgraded to a suite and it was huge! More space than I really needed, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Coffee maker in the room was great for morning before embarking on my day. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed. Great design in the room with nice, upscale furnishings.

I did not eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on any of the food offerings.

An absolutely perfect stay! Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms including very modern nice bathrooms and comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, including upgrading my room and then moving me to a quieter area and bigger room when the room next to me had a dog that would not stop barking. There was no street noise at night and the hotel is in a perfect area - safe, by the waterfront, surrounded by cute shops/restaurants, and walking distance to the Pike Place Market and other attractions. I even walked to the space needle and back from the hotel. The bookstore bar/restaurant downstairs serves breakfast and dinner and has fun decor. An overall perfect stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will stay here again next time I am in Seattle.

Just an FYI that they do allow pets, could be a pro or a con depending on the traveler.

We were upgraded upon arrival at no extra cost. The room was AMAZING, although you could hear the occupants above us really well. We really enjoyed the location and close proximity to the waterfront and other activities available.

Unfortunately there was no parking available and we had to lug our belongings from several blocks away. That was a little unpleasant. The valet who brought us an extra blanket was more than a little unfriendly as well.

Loved the weight staff they were very attentive, quick and courteous. The portion sizes were just right after ordering the food was brought promptly with a smile.

The dislikes were minor such as maybe a little bit bigger salt and pepper shaker at the restaurant. The bed was too low to the ground, and maybe a little bit better lighting by the bed again all very minor.

Beautiful building, amazing staff, comfortable bed, clean room, water pressure and shower were amazing, very dog friendly offered toys and treats

Only valet parking which costs. (Never done valet so it was just a foreign experience not driving and parking my own car) but staff was great and brought all our stuff to our room. Also not from Seattle so big city driving was a bit much. But that's too no fault of the hotel, just info on location. Felt safe knowing our car was in a secure garage under the hotel

The room was awesome got a upgrade when we stayed and the room and surroundings with a nice walk to the waterfront piers. We were not expecting that at all. Didn't try the bookstore to eat but the atmosphere looking inviting.

there was a issue with the shower knob it still turned on and worked but was very loose. Thought there would be a microwave in the room and there was a lock where the mini refrigerator was so we didnt know that door was able to open so we asked about and they told us how to open it.
