Location: the property was centrally located and walkable to almost every landmark/tourist spot we went to Facilities: our room had everything we needed and had an amazing view of the Space needle. The room itself was super clean, quiet and comfortable as well. There’s also a small self-serve market behind the front desk where you can buy basic essentials/snacks and pay on your own so it was super convenient and helpful without having to go to stores outside like CVS/Target/Walgreens Staff: the staff were all professional and amazing during our stay Breakfast: the breakfast buffet (only offered on weekends) was delicious and had plenty of options. The breakfast menu during the weekdays was also ever nice too. If you booked breakfast with your reservation, you can order anything off the menu during the weekday

The elevator system is advanced where you simply tap your card on the readers outside the elevators and it will automatically tell you which elevator to take. Sometimes the elevators were a bit slow but most of the times they were fine.

The room was very clean and spacious and provided a lovely view of the City. We appreciated the security the building had to offer and enjoyed the amenities (fitness center). The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The parking lot was full so we had to park a block away in a public parking garage. This was a little disappointing after a long 7 hour car trip as we were tired and would have preferred the convenience of parking right at our hotel. The location was very nice but walking access to main tourist attractions including the Waterfront and Pike Place Market proved a little difficult for a person with bad knees due to the distance and steep inclines on some of the streets.

The staff was very friendly helpful and guided us in a way that helped us get us to our room in good standing and the valet parking was exceptional as well very positive fun loving people there and the facilities overall was great the rooms were awesome with great views to the city. The restaurant on the second floor the servers were very nice and quick to serve the breakfast buffet was good a few bucks maybe overpriced but it is what it is the restaurant at night had really good food good service and great environment for a great dinner at the hotel

My first night unfortunately my tub was clogged and that night the toilet got really clogged and maintenance had to come up with special equipment to do a severe unclogging the next morning but it was able to work the extra two nights thereafter

I am updating my review for more details -- the hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the downtown area of Seattle, close to most tourist attractions, and is very safe to walk at night. The room is also spacious and quiet despite being close to the highway. Even though the hotel is under construction, there is a printer in the lobby area, which was very helpful because I was there to attend a conference. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Our room wasn't cleaned for two days despite we hung the cleaning sign outside of our door. I had to call the service desk to ask for clean towels and coffee. It was not until the day before we left that our room was finally cleaned, and we were provided bottled water. Otherwise, I liked the hotel.

For being in the city it was super easy to get to and manage my car w parking. I just pulled up and valet let me run in to check in and then they parked my car. It was clean and comfortable. The elevator was a bit high tech for me, and my daughter had to assist so we could get to our room. Staff was super friendly and as an IHG member I was able to get a late checkout (just needed an extra 45 min).

The air conditioner and refrigerator were on when we arrived. The view was nice. It was clean! I did not feel like I needed to cover myself with knee-high socks and long sleeves. The room key ran the elevator. I needed a copy at 11 pm the young man at the desk said he would be happy to make copies for me.

The hall had echoes and you could hear people when they were going in and out of their doors. One young man burped loud at 3:00 in the morning and it woke me up.

Safe and clean hotel. it is the center of downtown Seattle which is great location for any transportation accessible and close by to the beach and nearby for any restaurants,bars and any other shopping areas.in general it is perfect location to stay in Seattle

Customer service mean to serve a right way to any guest in the bar and front desk customer service not bad but need to know how to communicate with the guest and serving well to any customer. Next time I expect great customer service from you.

Hotel was nicer than we expected. The bed was lovely.

Be careful. The service charge is already included on every bill, even if only two people. I ended up tipping twice because the waitress neglected to tell me it was already included., she only handed the machine not the bill.. She was nice, so I wrongfully trusted her.. I only realized the next day. I found this the most disappointing part of my stay, and thought it was disrespectful not to warn me.or even tell me afterwards.

Shoutout to the Housekeeping at this hotel. You don't hear that alot but it is very good. Not just with the room initally being clean but the daily service is on point. The Desk is good too but I don't want to take away that this room is serviced the way the luxuary scale properties are. Also, from a city perspective. It was alright. I think the news portrays Seattle like it is Portland a few years ago and I found that it was a strong city. The food at the wharf in the tourist district of course is a fortune. Be prepared for all that.

Very nice and very clean. Quiet also. I don’t think we heard another guest at all the whole time we were there. Felt safe too. Pretty conveniently located too. We took the Light rail from the airport to the hotel ($3 light rail ticket vs. $70 uber)and the stop was only a couple of blocks from the hotel. We were also able to walk everywhere we wanted from the hotel.

Nothing really. Maybe could have found a spot that was a smidge closer to places we were going, but we were still able to walk everywhere, and it was a good deal.
